“Purchased a Whiting Shirt and have noticed without wear that a button has fallen off and several of the buttons are barely hanging on. Not the standard you expect for £120 shirt.”

“I was sent the wrong item, sent back to the warehouse requesting the right one be sent. Royal Mail tracking shows it had been delivered a week ago but no replacement shirt has arrived and I’ve had no communication from the company about what’s going on. I emailed customer service asking for confirmation they are at least dealing with it but I’ve still nothing 4 days later - very poor! Expect much better when the shirt costs £120.”

“Love their products! Pricing leaning towards expensive but you get proper quality in return. Two chances of improvement - length of the sleeves of the whiting overshirt could be longer and the total amount to receive free shipping outside the UK please. Will order again!”

“Incorrect shirt sent. To return same article has cost me $60 Canadian. I’m sure you’ll charge me to send correct article back to me. Total cost to me $315. Not happy at all.”
