“Lovely products but since using Wax twice I have had to chase to receive my product, chase a refund and have now sent multiple emails to request a different size. High prices for quality products but the Ops side is not up to scratch.”

“I had a berry nice experience with my order, customer service, and the product. It is a bit bulkier than I expected, so a bit tricky to wear under most jackets. Can the Wax team suggest ideas on how to pair it (example which cooor jackets match up, trousers etc). I live in NY and LA, so please consider the climates in these locations. Thank you.”

“Brilliant. From start to finish. Site layout and info made selection and comparisons fun. Sizing info was spot on! Wicked good colour match between the site and delivered garment. Almost freaked cause it looked black in the plastic. Phew. Fabric is phenomenal, great hand. Construction is efficient, totally serviceable. And ultimately it’s the layer my husband was looking for and i sprung it on him for his birthday. Cheers”
