“Absolutely made up with our purchase we have wanted a hot tub for so long and finally got one 😀 it makes such a difference to our lives and for the price it is much bigger and better than we expected would highly recommend wave to any body wanting to purchase a hot tub and accessories as we also got a cleaning starter kit with it which gives you a good insight in to how to look after it”

“Our Wave Spa product is excellent so no complaints there but can only rate them as good because it’s difficult to contact them when you need them. Find it strange that in this day and age they don’t have a customer services telephone number so that you can actually speak to someone when you have an issue as the email system is quite slow.”
