“I think wave is a brilliant company. I ordered my hot tub from them in very first lockdown and although I had to wait a few month for it to be delivered and a year to use it till my patio was built. I can’t fault it. It’s the Atlantic spa for 6. Me and the family have had some great times in it and many more to come. All my accessories have also been from wave. Fast delivery and great prices too. I would highly recommend this company for all your spa and spa accessories”

“Our spar arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule which was a great surprise. When we inflated it we discovered that there was a manufacturing defect with one of the clips that meant the cover wouldn't clip on. A quick email later and wave have agreed to send out a replacement unit! Excellent customer service. Top marks”
