Hard to contact as I sent numerous emails with delayed response. Once I got a response the customer service was really good, but again very hard to contact.

Spa looks good but delivery was delayed and it leaked twice on first use. Instructions are also unclear and conflicting from manual and website. Still waiting for a replacement. No phone number so have to wait for email replies

Couldn’t fault my spa, my only issue is lack of options to contact anybody online, the virtual assistant can only help for so long, more options to speak to someone would be better.

Although it took its time getting here, and communication was poor. When it eventually arrived it was perfect and fitted my laz-y-spa well. It was much cheaper than its competitors and I am happy with my purchase.

It took far too long for our puncture repair kit to arrive and we lost the use of the hot tub for over 2 months due to deflation. I would like to return the hot tub for a refund as it punctures far too easily rendering it useless.

The hot tub itself is very good but to have a hot tub arrive and the chemicals that were ordered at the same time not to arrive at the same time or before is poor given the fact that there was a 2 month wait for the tub!

Had a bit of confusion regarding warranty and miss communication within warranty periods but spoke to a very helpful woman named Becca she went out of her way to get to the bottom of the problem and resolved the issues I was having

Had t to wait for a while was looking forward to the delivery of our pool then got told it would be two weeks late which was very disappointing as we were hoping to have it for our family party

Bargain price. Slow delivery - took 10 days despite been in stock. Failed to respond to my emails until I escalated with PayPal - remarkable got delivered the following day. Nice board none the less at really cheap price

Can’t really comment on the company as I still have not received my hot tub. Waited months and considering a friend & another family member have got theirs already I’m not too happy at present. They ordered weeks after me

After waiting the 3 months in anticipation for the hot tub it arrived we had a deck built especially for it after cleaning it we put down the hot tube base and inflated the hot tub it took over 30 mins to get it anywhere near inflated but on getting up next morning it needed inflating again . And we now have had about 2 weeks and I have had to inflate every day. I even emptied the tub to make sure I had not missed any sharp objects but no nothing so I can only assume the tub was shipped faulty . I bought this for my wife who has a disability and fibro myalga to help ease body but so so dissapointed in it

I’m going to be very honest in this review despite the actual spa being great. The fact that you preorder and they hold on to the money for at least 3 months and feel no need to actually email you and let you know if your spa is going to be late is just not good enough. Covid is no longer a good enough excuse when dpd are delivering across the UK every day. All it would take is a quick call or email to tell you rather than leaving you to keep contacting them when your delivery date has passed and you have no idea when or if it’s going to turn up. The fact that they have turned off comments on Instagram speaks volumes and it’s a shame as the spas themselves are a great product! The customer service really lets the company down. Also despite getting my spa last week I am still awaiting delivery of the starter chemicals that were due for delivery in June.

Dear Rainey, Firstly we are delighted you love your Wave Spa. We emailed all our customers with two separate updates regarding the delivery times of the spas and any delays. In regards to the starter kit we again emailed all our customers with the delay, giving them the option to cancel the starter kit. Our UK based chemical supplier also supplies numerous chemicals to the NHS, primarily hand sanitiser and this took preference. We are truly sorry that your not happy but have a large team working to help all our customers, we are working on improving our service daily. Purchased a tub in May and it’s just been delivered. Only the tub however, no chemicals or filter so cannot use if wanted to. Tub too small anyway so need to exchange. Getting hold of a person to discuss with is impossible. Online options do not give enough scope, none of the options suited my query. No telephone number in website and so only option to email, but takes days to get a response. Could do a lot better
