Purchased a tub in May and it’s just been delivered. Only the tub however, no chemicals or filter so cannot use if wanted to. Tub too small anyway so need to exchange. Getting hold of a person to discuss with is impossible. Online options do not give enough scope, none of the options suited my query. No telephone number in website and so only option to email, but takes days to get a response. Could do a lot better
