“After initially a long wait for the hot tub last summer, it arrived and we have never had any issues with it, I ordered an inflatable lid & when it came I realised I had ordered the wrong size so returned it & re ordered correct size, customer services were very helpful & quick to reply.”

“Bought our Wave Spa hot tub last year but didn't open it or set it up until the end of March 2021. We were very impressed with the quality and ease of set up. We have used and loved it since. We ordered extra filters too. We found the communication with Wave to be very good and would definitely recommend Wave to all who are looking to purchase a hot tub. Friends of ours have another well known hot tub from a large DIY store, after seeing ours they wish they had also bought Wave. We'll done Wave and keep up the good work.”

“I asked a question about delivery times, as I was hoping to order my Atlantic Plus Tropical and receive it before June 9th 2021 'so my grandchildren could use it before they returned to school. I received a very courteous and helpful reply from a newbie called Bailey. What a lovely person! Although she couldn't guarantee that my delivery would arrive much earlier than stated on the website, she gave me the confidence that if they received it earlier than this, they would do their very best to get it to me. This was enough for me to place the order. I appreciate helpful staff, and it was clear to me that Bailey cared about customer approval. From the reviews I have read, this is the company policy. I look forward to receiving my new hot tub/spa.”
