“Ordered the Osaka 4-6 person. Very impressed. Came 2 weeks early. OMG so much bigger inside than my previous hot tub. Very easy to assemble and use. So much quieter than our previous one. Retains heat . Looks amazing. One impressed customer”

“Arrived on time and I have had fab customer service. Only thing I didnt find amazing was the instructions. Im usually good with instructions but i found they missed info out. I had to ask a friend with a wave spa for some advice. A tips & tricks guide would of been handy.”

“I pre-ordered my Osaka Rigid Foam Hot Tub in April, for £1200. When it arrived I discovered it was on sale now for £900. I contacted support, who phoned me back within a day. Despite originally thinking it couldn't be refunded without sending the original one back, Josh and Michael both went out of their way to work it all out and got it sorted for me. Very pleased with the outcome, and those guys are Legends!”
