“Very happy with the product, delivered on time with all the bits in place. Simple instructions to get up & running and didn't take much more than a day to reach required temperature. Only criticism's so far would be doesn't seem to hold the heat for very long, also the cover could be studier as seems to collect a pool of water quite easily if rains. That said happy overall with cost maid I'm not expecting the earth.”

“We love our wave spa! It was so easy to set up and really fun to use! We’re in it pretty much everyday and the quality is really good especially for the price! It was a shame we had to wait so long to get it but we understood with the high demand due to the ongoing situation.”

“Ordered Pacific Square hot tub during lockdown had to wait 12weeks but knew that... Arrived 4 days after due date but was kept informed. Still waiting for starter kit but was told it would be delayed so bought chemicals elsewhere. Easy set up took a few days to get chemical levels right but spot on now. Think the cover is a bit thin but apart from that it's great we use it most days. Had no problem with the company would recommend.”

“I was attracted to the size and engineering of the wave spa. I’ve had a lazy spa for years. The idea that it can be indoors or outdoors is very nice. I’m pretty sure that it heats faster than the lazy spa did.”

“Good value for money, customer service is good when you can get in contact however it is tricky given there is only email communication which is why i cannot give an excellant score, had a lot of teething problems but i did expect it with it being an inflatable but generally happy with the produxt and the service.”
