“So I bought a hot tub from wave spa in lock down last year but with weather cha going I never got it put out till beginning of April. Once all set up I noticed it was leaking badly so contacted customer support where they helped tremendously. They sent out new parts which have now rectified my issue, and hot tub is working perfectly. Thank you so much to the team in customer support especially Renee for quick and speedy Contact and fantastic support. Samantha”

“I am so glad I chose to buy from Wave.......I had a small issue with my delivery as planned but through a misunderstanding on my own part, I nearly lost out to recieving my chosen tub. Then I came across the lovely Bailey. She was most helpful and understanding of my mistake. She pulled out the stops to getting my order reinstated and even better I had it much sooner than original date. Bailey couldn't do enough to help me and assure me I wouldn't be without my tub. Even better, a few days later I received a free gift of filters. Many thanks Bailey and all the team at Wave Spa.”

“So pleased with our Atlantic plus hot tub, also purchased the inflatable cover, headrests and drinks holders. We have only been using our hot tub for 3 weeks, really looking forward to the warmer months ahead now we have this! The inflatable cover helps retain the water temperature, when it rains there is no pooling on the outside cover. Delivery of all was very good too! Overall extremely happy!”

“I bought a wave spa last July at the heart of the pandemic 😷 I was kept informed of delivery date, especially under such conditions. It was exactly as what was advertised, instructions clear, how to set it up. There is a trouble shooting advice sheet which is so handy to refer to. My family have had so much fun using it. We have used it continually through winter as well. At the start it was hard to get use to the chemical bit, but I think that was just me wanting to be so particular. My 86 year old Mother comes to use it every Saturday, what a treat, even though it’s hard getting her out with 2 hip replacements”
