“Although we had to wait some time for the hot tub we were kept up today every week of what was happening. The hou tub was quick and simple to instal and could be filled quite quickly. It arrived a few days before it was due to arrive but we where kept up to date with this information so that was not a problem. The hot tub arises first thin in the morning and we were sitting in it sipping a glass of wine by teatime sooo nice. As we had waited some time for the hot tub Wave Spas even gave us 2 free filters as a gesture of good will. Would and will recommend Wave spas to friends and family”

“Ordered the Pacific blue 4 to 6 person hot tub in March 21 , due date was 26 June 21, it turned up 12 July 21 , I am so happy with my hot tub , it is excellent, I am 6 ft tall and I can stretch out with no problem at all , there are no issues with it , the heater makes the water bloody hot at 42 degrees, excellent power with the air jets, I'm in it every night with my partner and we both live it .. we'll worth the wait”

“We never had a hut tub Jacuzzi or a spa We thought about it long and hard As we'd done without thus far. However, on the internet We saw a tempting ad Order now for later To not do would be mad! Everything then went to plan We're set up well and truly As for our tub, we're thrilled to bits It really is a beauty! So when our friends ask How it went How much, how long and where We dont have to think that hard Or hesitate to share Our choice is simple, everytime, for the money you can save For the extra special service too For sure, give us a Wave!”

“I had an accident with my tub, I emailed the customer service team and spoke with Anna. She informed me that she would email me when a new liner would be available to order, but in the mean time she would send a repair kit for free. A few hours later she emailed me back saying that the liners were in stock quicker than she thought and that unfortunately there were no repair kits, but she had managed to go around the office and pick up spare parts and put them together to make a repair kit. I received my new liner and repair kits within 2 days of purchase. This service was outstanding and I couldn’t thank Anna more for the help she provided.”

“Received my hottub just 3 days after ordering it...which was just in time for the 30 degree heatwave. Absolutely love it although instructions were not clear when inflating it and abit disappointed that I still havnt received my chemicals yet but overall I would highly recommend, the only negative is I didnt purchase it years ago!!”
