“James has very polite customer relations. To the point . One needed replaced. Throughly checked over all tires Very happy at the Gravesend branch”

“Great when everything works but not when they are so heavy handed they snap your locking socket and crack the nut on the alloy. They will keep quiet and let you leave so you don't notice until you get home. Then they will claim this happens all the time and they cant take any responsibility or even help with removing the nut they broke. This is dangerous as a customer likely wouldn't notice until they need to replace a tire or have a puncture and are then out of luck and left stuck. There is no way they did this damage and didn't notice at the time. I am now stuck with a wheel I cant remove and looking for a company with better tools and staff to fix the mess Watling have left me in.”

They carefully examined the tyre and found a tiny shard of metal in the tyre ….took them a while. And then repaired it. Full marks for attention to detail. Cost just £25 …I thought it would be a lot more for the time they had to spend on it.”
