“I would like to commend the Hastings branch of Watling tyres. I urgently needed my tyre fixed as I needed to get to London to see my son in hospital. The light had come on to show pressure was being lost and I assumed I had a puncture having gone down a pothole recently, and expected to have to buy at least one new tyre. However it turned out that the rim of the wheel had been damaged and the tyre did not fit snugly to it and it was easily remedied. I am a woman in my 70's and was in some distress anyway, and I have been to garages who would have taken advantage of the situation to sell me tyres I did not need. It's sad to say that I am surprised these days by what should be normal service and integrity, but I want to say thank you to this branch for their kindness, efficiency and professionalism.”

“Love the Gravesend branch, I visited back in October as my car supplier recommended new tyres, the lads at Watling took a look at my tyres and showed me there was plenty of tread left ! It’s so reassuring to see a company giving honest and friendly advice. I’ve since returned and had an MOT done, which was done within an hour. I’ve recommended this place to my friends and family. Thanks again, lads”

“Very happy driver! I sent an enquiry regarding puncture in tyre. I received a reply very quickly advising to pop in to get checked. Despite closing at 5.30pm, I arrived 5.20, was seen and tyre was repaired while I waited. Awesome many thanks Paul anf team.”

“Our rental car developed a puncture and the rental company suggested that we drive to Watling Tyres for a diagnosis. The staff diagnosed a tread puncture but also found that the front tyres had insufficient tread remaining to be legal. They re-inflated the tyre but refused to accept any money for the service. The following day, by authorization from the rental company, Watling Tyre replaced the front tyres at no cost to us. They were fast, effective and friendly.”
