“While they do OK work, apparently the tyre removal machine has an issue with wheel sizes. Difference in pricing between a 17" and 18" wheel makes no sense. The justification for the difference was "if we damage it." Surely, doesn't matter what size the wheel is as if they damage it, they damage it. Or they just like to upcharge where possible and think the customer is none the wiser.”

“Took five days to get tyres from other depot [popular size], never rang back as they said they would on several occasions. when the tyres were in there was a good fitter [ Steve Fritt ] on the job”

“I had my first ever flat tyre on my 125cc scooter today. Paul at Watling Tyres Maidstone branch dealt with the perished valve quickly and efficiently and got me back on my way to work at Maidstone Hospital in next to no time. It was also a lot cheaper than I was anticipating too. Thank you so much, will definitely use them again in the future!”

“Made a last minute call I needed my tyre checked a nice boy answered the phone and said yeah I can have a look it will be about a 10 minuet wait, arrived to a very unfriendly huge man who actually made me feel very uncomfortable with his whole blunt personality By asking me to move my car over to the side and wait. My experience with the young man who looked at my tyre and pumped it up and told me I had no issues but if I had any other problems to bring it back and he would have another check but so far so good. Lovely polite young man!! Would only come back because he was professional lovely and genuine.”
