“I went into Watling Tyres Canterbury yesterday Saturday 9 May and received excellent service from Keith He dealt with my tyre problem explaining the options with no hard sell and gave me the information I needed to make an informed choice to buy a new tyre. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me great service, Thank you Keith.”

“Yesterday another company's mobile fitter could not get my van high enough to get the rear tyres off. I then made enquiries as to who might be able to do the job and was recommended Watling Tyres so phoned them. They only had two of the 4 tyres I needed but they could get the other two for today. I was phoned early this morning and told the tyres were in. Visited the Tunbridge Wells branch and by 11am all they tyres were fitted with little problem. Many thanks to Neil and the fitter for all their help. Would thoroughly recommend them.”

“I had a screw stuck in my tyre, called Watling Tyres Canterbury Depot they checked my location and said to bring it down right away if I can, any problems call them and they'll see if they had van local in the area. I got there they came straight out and started the job. So friendly, reassuring and efficient. Thank you so much Watling Tyres Canterbury!”

“I went to have 2 new front tyres fitted. Gave the man my locking wheel nut key and he informed me it had been bent out of shape by whoever previously used it. He showed it to me and it was clearly bent. He went out of his way to not only remove the nuts from the front wheels but also removed the back ones for me while I was there without me asking in case I got stuck somewhere with a puncture and couldn’t remove it myself. Absolutely first class service. A very helpful and knowledgeable operative who is a credit to your company. Many thanks mate. You’re a gem”

“This review is a little late but SO SO happy with the service I received from Watling Tyres in Ashford, Kent. They were humble, kind, supportive and genuine. They went out of their way to make sure I didn't worry unnecessarily. They gave me their time and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the end result. Absolutely brilliant! “Excellent, friendly service — I would highly recommend the Sittingbourne team! I called to ask for a quote for brake pads, was given a fair price, and booked it in straight away. Once the work was completed, I was charged exactly the quoted price with no hidden extras — which is a rarity these days. Really impressed!”

“Gravesend , £50 pounds paid . Made my alignment go straight left when let go of wheel. Went back and they said they corrected it but it was the same. Seems like they did it on purpose . You don't get a printout for an alignment either . I had to go to a different mechanic for alignment to go back to normal and he was using a manual alignment gauge. Don't go here .”
