“I went to have 2 new front tyres fitted. Gave the man my locking wheel nut key and he informed me it had been bent out of shape by whoever previously used it. He showed it to me and it was clearly bent. He went out of his way to not only remove the nuts from the front wheels but also removed the back ones for me while I was there without me asking in case I got stuck somewhere with a puncture and couldn’t remove it myself. Absolutely first class service. A very helpful and knowledgeable operative who is a credit to your company. Many thanks mate. You’re a gem”

“This review is a little late but SO SO happy with the service I received from Watling Tyres in Ashford, Kent. They were humble, kind, supportive and genuine. “Excellent, friendly service — I would highly recommend the Sittingbourne team! I called to ask for a quote for brake pads, was given a fair price, and booked it in straight away. Once the work was completed, I was charged exactly the quoted price with no hidden extras — which is a rarity these days. Really impressed!”

“Gravesend , £50 pounds paid . Made my alignment go straight left when let go of wheel. Went back and they said they corrected it but it was the same. Seems like they did it on purpose . You don't get a printout for an alignment either . I had to go to a different mechanic for alignment to go back to normal and he was using a manual alignment gauge. Don't go here .”

“Gravesend. Went in for an alignment guy was friendly but when I left alignment was awful went straight left after letting go of wheel steering wheel was also pointed to the left. No printout of alignment which I thought was weird. Went back to correct it but was exactly the same so I didn't go back paid £50 to make my alignment worse. Went round the corner to my normal mechanic who used manual gauges and corrected and didn't charge me. On previous visit I said I may have a leaky valve so they replaced the valve but tyre still leaked air . Checked and there were two nails in my tyre. I should of learnt my lesson .”
