“Visited Gravesend branch again today and as always had fantastic service. Repaired a puncture and avoided costly replacement. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone with a tyre issue.”

“Wheel nuts were not tightened up at all on one of my wheels having had replaced the 2 front tyres. Wheel was making a weird noise whilst driving, checked and all 5 wheel nuts were loose on the front right. It is really dangerous so should be checked properly prior to dispatching the vehicle.”

“Great when everything works but not when they are so heavy handed they snap your locking socket and crack the nut on the alloy. They will keep quiet and let you leave so you don't notice until you get home. Then they will claim this happens all the time and they cant take any responsibility or even help with removing the nut they broke. This is dangerous as a customer likely wouldn't notice until they need to replace a tire or have a puncture and are then out of luck and left stuck. There is no way they did this damage and didn't notice at the time. I am now stuck with a wheel I cant remove and looking for a company with better tools and staff to fix the mess Watling have left me in.”
