“I have a question but...firstly may I say how delighted I am with the performance of the Filtral 5000. The pond is already crystal clear after just three days!When the equipment was installed at the bottom of the pond the water was opaque green and we could see the fish only when they were very near the surface! Brilliant.My question is. Now that the water is clear, the filters must be quite clogged. How will I tell when they need cleaning? There is no guidance given with the operating instructions.Kind regards.”

“Many thanks for your help with my Oase pump. I took your advice of using a descaler - but still could not get the blades moving. I then spoke to Peter at Oase - who was also helpful. After one last try I finally managed to loosen it - and now the pump is working and my fish are happy....and I didn't have to buy a new one - just yet. So THANKS to all.”
