I write somewhat belatedly to thank you for the really good service that you extended to me when I had a problem with my filter.This occurred last year, and you kindly sent a replacement boxed filter, but to my shame I did not open the package until this week when my electrician and I installed the new equipment ? I had left your package unopened over all of the winter period,awaiting installation.It was only when I opened the box that I saw that you had very kindly replaced every single item,even including new batteries for the remote control.I feel that is service of the very highest, and write to record my appreciation and thanks.
