I booked a winter valet to have a clean car for a drive to Germany for Christmas. Tech comes out, declared the car too dirty for the valet I'd ordered so upsold to a gold valet, plus additional £25 charge for minimal dog hair in the boot area. Then he said he didn't have time to complete it so I had to rearrange a few weeks later. Morning of valet day, get a text to say it was too cold for the chemicals and had to rearrange again for following week. Morning of valet day and I text to confirm, no reply. Later I get a call from HQ, tech has a puncture and can't get here. Suggests a different tech attends rather than rearrange for a third time. I agree. £20 credit given for inconvenience. Tech #2 arrived on time, nice guy, polite and does a good job inside and out, no complaints there. Will I book again, unlikely. I don't feel it represents any sort of value for money despite the convenience of them coming to you. Hand carwash at Sainsbury's is 1/5 the price, but this service was not 5x better. Would I recommend, unlikely. They refused to carry out the original ordered service on the day, but only offered an upgrade at additional cost, or me to forfeit payment due to their cancellation policy.

Polite and arrived in good time. Car was not dirty - just superficial mud, which was cleaned off. But the interior work, again not dirty apart from the floor mats (which were cleaned) was definitely not up to my standard when I used to do it. It would appear that just a light flicking of a small soft brush was used, after which I went around using my tried and tested multi-surface polishing spray and a cloth duster to get into all the corners and sewn creases in the leather seats.

The service was ok I wasn't impress with the inside back seat of the car I was expencting a better cleianing

Done in less then 2 hours but the boot could be cleaner - more hoovering

Having paid for the top package, on inspection I am a little diasapointed with the result. Some nooks and crannies still dirty, and I was expecting a treatment on the black plastic exterior trim. Interior nice and clean, bodywork and glass clean. Tyres and wheels good. Shame.

***UPDATE*** Superb after wash service. Got a call within 24 hours of writing the below and took time to understand the issue and improve moving forward*** ***Original Review*** 3 stars as they were late by 40 minutes and didn’t remove the car seat bases when cleaning. As such the bases are still dirty as is the area behind and under them. Annoying as I paid extra for that service specifically. Also would question whether or not I got a silver valet as the chap thought I had ordered a bronze. Other than that can’t complain with the rest of the job, exterior looks great and rest of interior clean.

Decent job, missed a few spots and seats were still dirty underneath. Would not recommend for the price. Not worth 115 for gold package

The last one was a disaster experience. Their technician did not come and they did not solve the problem. I had a good experience on the first time

Expensive vs results, steam clean not included in sanitisation package. My mistake. I had to clean seatbelt buckles afterwards.

Sadly, I was disappointed with the valet. Although the technician took over an hour and he seemed to be working hard, (and I tipped him for his services), when I looked at the car in detail after the valet, he had missed a number of areas inside and out. I did point out a couple of details I wanted him to pay attention to before he started; cleaning the roof near and along the roof bars where dirt had accumulated, and some light marks on the carpet in the boot. Neither of these areas were cleaned and the dirt was still there afterwards. Surely the approach should be a positive 'can do' attitude, but this was not the case. The leather seats looked dirtier than before, as if they had been wiped with a dirty cloth and still had dirt on them, under the boot compartment where there is a tray was not cleaned or vaccumed at all. The steeting wheel shaft had not been wiped, the trays in between the drivers seat and passenger seat had not been cleaned, the interior door panels were dirty, the drivers side door frame was dirty, the number plate surround was unwashed and dirty. The bodywork still had spots of dirt. The chrome work was still dirty. It all looked superficially clean, but that is not what I was paying for or expected with a silver valet. I can get the same level of cleaning from a car wash for less than a third of the price of this valet. After the valet, I had to go over these areas myself to make it presentable for sale. In short the technician had missed basic details, and I could have done a much better job myself. All in all an unsatisfactory service.

Car was valeted well. However I waited 1.5 hours for the cleaner to arrive and had to chase to find out when he was coming. You should clarify when you say 4-5pm that it’s the arrival time and not the cleaning time. No phone number to call either which I hate

He left bits off, like a small area around my side mirror. Small part of the bumper. Inside the boot at the top. He adjusted my side mirrors. And when I came out and he'd finished I found him taking pictures of my car and he hadn't asked for my permission.

I couldn't make the booking through the App but managed to make it online instead. Good amount of flexibility on days and times available. Very nice & polite gentleman who came to wash my car. I took the bronze package for my Land Rover Defender 90 and the time spent on that package says 45-75 minutes but I was called to come down around 35 minutes after he started washing it! The whole car was not thoroughly dried and due to the car being so high, the middle section and also the roof of the car were out of reach for him so it was left undone..... having a step would have come in useful here on a tall car like this! For the money, I would have liked to see a better all-around finish.

Car had been sprayed and generally cleaned, although the wheels were still dirty and there were soap suds still on the brakes and other body parts. The front of the car also still had grime on and needed additional work to clean.

I expected more for the price, paid for a premium interior valet at £95. There was still dust in the vents, crumbs left around the gearstick etc. Was booked between 10-1 and turned up at 2:30 so I think it was rushed.

Arrived within time slot - good. Cleaning quality was not great. Vacuuming was not very thorough. Boot seemed not to have been vacuumed. Some seats had been moved forwards/backwards for vacuuming but not all. Dashboard had been wiped over but not plastic on the inside of doors. Advertised time slot is 60-90 mins - the job was finished in just under an hour so I would have preferred him to spend a bit longer and have the job done a bit more thoroughly. The company contacted me afterwards and offered me a partial refund or for someone to improve the job.

Not very impressed at all. A lot of dirt left at the bottom of the car and just didn’t seem to take much care. Not good value.

Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the level of service you received. We have brought the standard of the valet up with your technician and shared your photos with them to gather their response. Having reviewed your photos, along side those taken before and after the service by the technician there appears to be a level of discrepancy between the two. In the 'after' photos, we have received from the technician, the dirt on the lower panels highlighted in your photos, is not present in the photos taken directly after the wash. As the dirt shown in your photo looks quite fresh, I was wondering if there was a chance your car may have been used in between the completion of the valet, and your further inspection? Similarly with the interior of the vehicle, the package which you purchased was not reflective of the level of service required to bring your car back up to the standard hoped for. It was for this reason that the technician agreed to perform extra time and work on the interior to accommodate the excess of interior dirt. If the finished standard of the interior was not up to your expectation then I do sincerely apologise for this disappointment! Moving forward, when you next choose to get a valet on your vehicle then I would advise purchasing a package more reflective of the current condition of your vehicle to avoid further disappointment..
