Car was valeted well. However I waited 1.5 hours for the cleaner to arrive and had to chase to find out when he was coming. You should clarify when you say 4-5pm that it’s the arrival time and not the cleaning time. No phone number to call either which I hate

He left bits off, like a small area around my side mirror. Small part of the bumper. Inside the boot at the top. He adjusted my side mirrors. And when I came out and he'd finished I found him taking pictures of my car and he hadn't asked for my permission.

I couldn't make the booking through the App but managed to make it online instead. Good amount of flexibility on days and times available. Very nice & polite gentleman who came to wash my car. I took the bronze package for my Land Rover Defender 90 and the time spent on that package says 45-75 minutes but I was called to come down around 35 minutes after he started washing it! The whole car was not thoroughly dried and due to the car being so high, the middle section and also the roof of the car were out of reach for him so it was left undone..... having a step would have come in useful here on a tall car like this! For the money, I would have liked to see a better all-around finish.

Car had been sprayed and generally cleaned, although the wheels were still dirty and there were soap suds still on the brakes and other body parts. The front of the car also still had grime on and needed additional work to clean.

I expected more for the price, paid for a premium interior valet at £95. There was still dust in the vents, crumbs left around the gearstick etc. Was booked between 10-1 and turned up at 2:30 so I think it was rushed.

Arrived within time slot - good. Cleaning quality was not great. Vacuuming was not very thorough. Boot seemed not to have been vacuumed. Some seats had been moved forwards/backwards for vacuuming but not all. Dashboard had been wiped over but not plastic on the inside of doors. Advertised time slot is 60-90 mins - the job was finished in just under an hour so I would have preferred him to spend a bit longer and have the job done a bit more thoroughly. The company contacted me afterwards and offered me a partial refund or for someone to improve the job.

Not very impressed at all. A lot of dirt left at the bottom of the car and just didn’t seem to take much care. Not good value.

Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the level of service you received. We have brought the standard of the valet up with your technician and shared your photos with them to gather their response. Having reviewed your photos, along side those taken before and after the service by the technician there appears to be a level of discrepancy between the two. In the 'after' photos, we have received from the technician, the dirt on the lower panels highlighted in your photos, is not present in the photos taken directly after the wash. As the dirt shown in your photo looks quite fresh, I was wondering if there was a chance your car may have been used in between the completion of the valet, and your further inspection? Similarly with the interior of the vehicle, the package which you purchased was not reflective of the level of service required to bring your car back up to the standard hoped for. It was for this reason that the technician agreed to perform extra time and work on the interior to accommodate the excess of interior dirt. If the finished standard of the interior was not up to your expectation then I do sincerely apologise for this disappointment! Moving forward, when you next choose to get a valet on your vehicle then I would advise purchasing a package more reflective of the current condition of your vehicle to avoid further disappointment..

Wasn't impressed with the interior, especially the dashboard. Booked the silver service, but it seemed very basic

Not really what I expected for the money. The inside of the car was really well cleaned but the outside has looked cleaner after coming out of an automatic car wash. Only giving 3 stars because the guy who came was really sound, otherwise would be less.

Friendly guy and worked hard on the car but my alloys were not cleaned properly. For £42,I expected the wheels at least to be immaculate. I My or may not use again.

It is really practical if you don’t have time to do your car wash but it also bit expensive if you pick for the extra services or package. Paid £90 and the results is so so. Not that much different with the £50 job. So, if you just want a quick wash, go for it. If you want the bells and whistles, just go to a proper detailing services, you’ll get more of your money worth.

The package you have selected is mainly valued for the most durable Hybrid ceramic wax, which would be the main reason for the package price, on top of the maintenance type clean.

I booked the premium interior valet. I selected the highest rated valeter but was told the day before that he wasn't available and they would send someone else. The valeter turned up on time and was friendly. I had cleared out everything for the car including the glove box as I had presumed this was included. I was disappointed to find that it was still very dirty when I checked the car afterwards so maybe this wasn't included so please note if you think the glove box will be cleaned. The car interior was certainly cleaner than it had been, the seats in particular. The windows ( it states inside and out in the description) didn't seem to have been done though. At the end of the valet I was handed the boot tray and interior carpets that had been shampoo'd and now needed drying. I put them in my kitchen but the first thing I noticed was the muddy brown water dripping everywhere. Possibly this is because only the top side of the carpet had been shampoo'd but then any dust or dirt on the understand, which hadn't been cleaned was getting wet and dripping. I will need to do an extra bit of cleaning of the carpets before I put them back as well as cleaning the glove box. All in all it was OK but I expected a bit more from the most expensive interior valet service

I have used washdoctor four times. The first time, I got a great result for a fair price, and I was very satisfied. For the second wash, I re-booked the same technician, but somebody else turned up instead, who didn’t do nearly as good a job - in fact it left my car full or marks, swirls and polishing compound in every crevice. My third appointment was cancelled by the technician (refunded in full). And my fourth appointment, a young man showed up that gave my car a worse exterior wash than my local hand car wash, scratched up the paintwork all around the car, who took a 30 minute break inside his car to let my car air dry (!?) and who left the interior smelling like smoke. I will not be using Washdoctor anymore. Update: Wash Doctor’s customer service on the other hand is very good and they have swiftly offered to rectify any issues

I'm quite disappointed from service Gold Valet. The first impression was satisfactory. When I checked my car next day I noticed that: - they did not clean spare tyre area - they did not revitalise and protect the exterior back low bumper, returning it to his original deep colour. - they did not vacuum between front seats and centre console - poor quality upholstery clean (still visible marks) - visible marks on inside front glass I do not recommended service Gold Valet. Not for this price.

They guys were friendly and professional; but I don’t think I got the wash and wax I paid for. Also, I still have bugs on the headlights and dirty wheel arches.

Unfortunately the valetors generator was not working so he had to use my electricity.2 hrs worth. When he'd finished i went out and saw finger prints on my rear door . Interior looks good but not impressed of the standard of the exterior. Certainly not worth the £75 i spent hence only 3 stars. I would have said £40 - £50 at most.

Cleaner had a probem finding the address! Good job eventually. However the cleaner missed the hatch closing completely until i pointed it out to him, however noticed that he hadn't cleaned behind the hinges (see Pics below). Also he had missed small spots on the door closings and these needed to be pointed out to him.

Did not realise they manage 3rd party contractors rather than their own fleet. Found experience weird as the person who turned up was unprofessional rude to my neighbour and brazen but overall did an ok job. Was 4 hours late to being with I had to chase the booking. Arrived at end of day. Had no water so I had to fill 25 litres. Demanded to use my toilet for 20 minutes which I covid I found really uncomfortable but was I going to deny him? Took 3 hours on my car (booked 2) which was in a bad way but didn’t apologise for taking so long and I needed my child to go to bed it was all very weird. Car came up ok but was nearly expecting perfection given the amount of time and overall it was good but could still see areas he hadn’t treated and he didn’t use methods that I thought would be more effective than just hoovering. Upholstery came out spanking new though. Overall I’m still confused about my experience. Felt as though more professionalism was needed I would have liked someone in a uniform rather than tracksuit trainers smoking outside my house for the money I paid. But maybe I’m being snobby?
