Arrived within time slot - good.
Cleaning quality was not great.
Vacuuming was not very thorough. Boot seemed not to have been vacuumed. Some seats had been moved forwards/backwards for vacuuming but not all.
Dashboard had been wiped over but not plastic on the inside of doors.
Advertised time slot is 60-90 mins - the job was finished in just under an hour so I would have preferred him to spend a bit longer and have the job done a bit more thoroughly.
The company contacted me afterwards and offered me a partial refund or for someone to improve the job.
