“Jack wss brilliant. Arrived early ( as he had a cancellation), very polite and professionally. Did an excellent job inside and out and also advised me about the stubborn stains on tbe roof he couldnt remove. Highly recommend and will definatly use them again”

“Speedy and efficient. Only dropped a star as the cleaner left the car lights on which I didnt spot as I was in a meeting. Thankfully my neighbour noticed ,- so all is well”

“The chap was nice and friendly, did a great job getting my car clean, did think more of the little marks would come off but it's a 10 year old car so I suppose he did the best that he could.”

In certain cases, if the marks are deeply embedded into the plastic surfaces or fabric, it can be difficult to eliminate them completely. “the company that cleaned my car were punctual, polite and hard working. spent about 90 minutes on a very neglected car. Only reason it's not 5 star is that I find it quite expensive and am sure it used to be much less just a couple of years ago...”

“After much deliberation I decided to buy a 12 month Wash Doctor plan. With the discount available at the time it was a fair price for a superior service using superior products. So, my purchase was simple and efficient. I have had 3 washes now and the quality of has been very high. The only problems I’ve had have been with a scheduled appointment being a ‘no show’ and reducing it 3 times (for which I have been compensated with a free wash so a big thumbs up to customer service for putting it right) and getting a clear understanding of what some of the additional services include and where they overlap with the monthly service I’ve already paid for. On balance, and because, ultimately, it’s the quality of the wash/detail finish that matters most to me, I’ve been very happy with Wash Doctors. I hope the next 9 months measure up well.”

“Job nicely done! The only week point is that we get charged if we have to postpone 24 hours before (due to bad weather in my case) so because of this lack of flexibility, I will not renew the service but the quality was there, despite finishing under the rain.”
