“The chap was nice and friendly, did a great job getting my car clean, did think more of the little marks would come off but it's a 10 year old car so I suppose he did the best that he could.”

In certain cases, if the marks are deeply embedded into the plastic surfaces or fabric, it can be difficult to eliminate them completely. “Great service, technician was on time, very polite and did a nice deep clean on our car. Only reason for the 4 out of 5 rating is the pricing, which is quite high for the convenience of someone coming to you at home.”

“the company that cleaned my car were punctual, polite and hard working. spent about 90 minutes on a very neglected car. Only reason it's not 5 star is that I find it quite expensive and am sure it used to be much less just a couple of years ago...”

“After much deliberation I decided to buy a 12 month Wash Doctor plan. With the discount available at the time it was a fair price for a superior service using superior products. So, my purchase was simple and efficient. I have had 3 washes now and the quality of has been very high. The only problems I’ve had have been with a scheduled appointment being a ‘no show’ and reducing it 3 times (for which I have been compensated with a free wash so a big thumbs up to customer service for putting it right) and getting a clear understanding of what some of the additional services include and where they overlap with the monthly service I’ve already paid for. On balance, and because, ultimately, it’s the quality of the wash/detail finish that matters most to me, I’ve been very happy with Wash Doctors. I hope the next 9 months measure up well.”

“Job nicely done! The only week point is that we get charged if we have to postpone 24 hours before (due to bad weather in my case) so because of this lack of flexibility, I will not renew the service but the quality was there, despite finishing under the rain.”

“The cleaner from Wash Doctors arrived on time in the 1 hour slot provided. He worked really hard to bring my dad's car back to a shiny and fresh condition. He was courteous and friendly.”

“Great service and really convenient. Only issue was that they arrived over an hour late and I needed the car quite swiftly, still it all worked out but would I give it a wider time slot next time”

“The wash doctor did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior But the glass of the windows were left quite dirty smeary and cloudy So sad after the rest was left in a great condition”

“Decent clean etc but 15 minutes late - so 1 hour 15 minutes later then the hoped for start time because the time you book is actually a one hour arrival slot and not the slot where the work is done”

“Having read some of the reviews I was nervous booking. When I got a call this morning that the persons van had broken down etc I was sure I had been scammed. Other than coming way after my slot time - which wasn't the person's fault as it turned out, I was thrilled with the person who cleaned and the job he did. My car was shocking and now looks brand new and immaculate. There are some tweaks to customer service needed but I cant fault the cleaner or the end result.”

“Well...not to my high standards, attention to detail missed. Rims not fully cleaned, inside still a little dusty with crumbs. Inside plastic not buffed. If all done properly and professionally they would have got 5 stars and recommendations. I'm being generous.”

“The Wash Doctor was very nice. It was my first time opting for the Silver Valet service. My car definitely needed a good clean but I was mostly interested in the deep vacuum part of the service. I'm not sure I would opt for this again as it wasn't as thorough as I hoped. That said, it was dark and perhaps there's only so much a head torch can pick up. A pleasant experience overall though.”
