Horrific service.Not dispatched after 1 week.Promised it would be here by 28th January.Many emails with no real sense from them.In the end they became defensive without investigating the matter in hand,saying I was relentless in trying to get some answers.I am the customer and expect respectful service.Terrible customer service,never experienced this before.I have filed a PayPal dispute.

Thanks for your review. As I mentioned on your review on Trustpilot, our team weren't aware of your issue as you went directly to our supplier. Our delivery times are stated on the website, and some suppliers are slightly slower than usual for obvious reasons, of which we also outline on our delivery page. Our customer team are in touch with you, and will resolve your issue.

We were told the delivery would arrive on a Wednesday and still had not been sent out on the Friday, they were not prepared to send it out on a Saturday delivery as I had a decorator booked for first thing on the Monday. Thanks Wallpaper On-line you have just cost me an extra £100!!!!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs!!! When I first ordered I received no confirmation, this took around a week to get a reply and source my order. They then ordered my paper from another supplier, another few days went by and still no confirmation regarding the paper being dispatched. I got an answer a few days later saying my order had been lost! It then got re ordered by wallpaper online and it has arrived today. They have only re ordered 16 rolls instead of 17 so now after waiting 3 weeks I am a roll short. Customer service is next to non existing and you can’t get a reply for a few days and they also can’t get the order right. I am now going to try for a refund for my missing roll. Again, probably won’t get a reply.

Hi - thank you for your comments. Firstly I apologise for the problems you've had. Order volumes are very high at the moment, and some of our suppliers have been under increased pressure, not an excuse, but occasionally errors occur. I've looked into the service you've received from our team as we pride ourselves on professional and caring customer service. I can see you were replied to within 24 hours on multiple occasions, and kept as informed as possible throughout your issues. As you can imagine there are lots of customers who need replies from us, daily. We reply to everyone, in order, sometimes that means you have to wait a day for a reply. If we gave you the impression we could get back to you quicker, please let us know and we'll rectify that. The team are aware of your comments and will refund your missing roll asap.
My wallpaper is not here and I have no way of contacting you that works. I have emailed several times and no response. You told me Wednesday this week at the latest and it has not arrived. My decorator finishes working here today ....very very disappointed ....most especially with the lack of response to my emails and the inability to be able to call you

Hi Dave, thank you for your feedback. It is always important to us to ensure that we provide the best service possible. We have, therefore, thoroughly looked into this and can see that we have responded to your emails within 24 hours and more than once in this short time period. It would then seem unfair to review that we had stopped replying when this was not the case. In regards to your lost delivery - the courier did confirm the GPS location of your address which was why we had to investigate this. Despite them not crediting at all due to the evidence they provided of this delivery, we took on the full cost of the order and fully refunded you. I do hope you can reconsider this one star review as we have done all within our power to assist you and provide you the best service despite the circumstances we were faced with. Thanks, Claire
This company uses the website wallpaper-uk.com. I placed an order wtih them and the next day they cancelled my order saying they had put the wrong price on the website. I tried calling but the phone lines were not manned. I replied to the email telling me of the cancellation and it was ignored. I tried speaking to the online chat and got disconnected and eventually told to speak to the person who hadn't returned my emails. All in all a very frustrating experience. I now have full funds taken from my account with only a promise of a refund from somebody I cannot talk to. Please avoid this company.

Ordered some grass cloth wall covering and was extremely let down not only by the quality of the product but also by the Company response to my compliant. Although I am aware this is a natural product, the shading on the paper was so uniform that it looked horrendous when hung on the wall. At eighty pounds a roll my expectations were so much more. The company expected me to have unrolled all my rolls to check colouring prior to hanging and to hang no more than 3 rolls prior to logging a complaint. Nothing that they would do about it now - no refunds no gestures of good will from this Company so please note if you are thinking of ordering a similar product from this company (which is Chinese manufactured) take note of their terms and conditions which explain the apparent limitations in terms of product and what you're expected to do as a customer and their quality control and apparent lack of accountability for under par products.

Ordered wallpaper only to be told the supplier discontinued. So I was buying items on the website and paying for them that were not available.
