“Ordered and paid for A3 print and frame. Received A4 print and frame just to be told by the customer services that i received the correct size (I send images of the art with measuring tape next to it) they proceeded to ignore me... Lovely...”

“Still not received my order. I ordered an acrylic backed skyline image and instead received a print of the same image in a tube. I contacted your customer service dept to ask why I received the wrong order and was told that the acrylic cutting machine was broken and I will now have to wait 2 weeks for my order. Generally disappointing experience, despite the redeeming quality of the helpful customer service team. Lorraine in particular. I have been told I can keep the print that I wrongly received but I have no use for it and therefore don't see this as a mitigating measure. I await my order and hope it is correct this time.”

“To brighten up my home during the shutdown, I decided to renew my art works. I ordered canvases for the dining room, which arrived, bubble wrapped, by courier within 2 days. I was so impressed that I then ordered framed prints for the hallway. Excellent products and excellent service at reasonable prices.”

“The choice of pictures is vast- something for everyone, and very inexpensive. The delivery is very fast. I had a small problem which was rectified really quickly once I had spoken to one of the sales team. My replacement was received 2 days later without any hassle. Very impressed! Thank you.”

“Love the print. Very disappointed with the quality of the frame and ‘glass’. It’s practically a very thin gel... so soft, the frame bends and twists when it’s hung. Will have to replace it with something thicker or actual glass! Was expecting a much better quality for the price I paid. I’ve got a few framed prints from different shops and your quality is below basic. I’ve left a voice message to your customer service like and have been ignored. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to buy anything framed from you. The item description didn’t mention anywhere the cheap gel!!!”
