“I received my order and the frame had been damaged during posting, I sent an email explaining the problem and received a phone call from a lady who asked if I could email some pictures of the damage. After speaking to the lady again she said she would post a new picture out straight away and received it a couple of days later and it looks great, will definitely purchase from this site again.”

“Very good quick service. I ordered 8 framed prints. 7 were absolutely fine and look good but although they came wrapped in an enormous amount of bubble wrap (marked down for this as I am sure there could be a more environmentally friendly way) the largest frame was damaged. Replacement was sent very quickly. Looks good but the large frame does not seem very strong - hoping it will last ok once put on the wall.”

“Great range of art and other prints - ordered a tropical print on paper for the background if a vivarium. Order arrived very quickly, well packaged hence in good condition. While not a fine art or photographic print it was reasonable quality and my snakes are not exactly discerning art critics. It does the job at a reasonable price for reasonable quality and great service.”

“Easy to order and the canvas arrived very quickly the only thing I would say is the delivery charges were quite high and it was only packaged in a thin layer of bubble wrap”

“I had to chase for a month to have the order delivered - at least 3 times I was promised the order by a specific date and it failed to show. Once it did arrive, there were 2 wall stickers; one worked well and looks great, the other was stuck fast to the backing and I had to remove it piece-by-piece. After a month or 2, parts of it have started to peel off. I fed this back to the business who told me that it was too late, having been (just) over 3 months since my order. I pointed out that it was less than 3 months since it finally arrived but, a week later, have had no response.”
