I recently moved address and when ordering my phone auto-filled my old address for delivery and I didn't see as the billing address was correct. I've emailed 3 times and tried live chat twice with no response, the phone number goes nowhere and the delivery company won't change it independently.
I've now had an email from Evri saying it will be delivered in the next few days, normally waiting over a week for a vague date would be annoying, now I'm just hoping it gives me time to actually get a response! If you have any issues their is no customer service at all, avoid.
