I have looked into your claim and it was resolved in 13 days, this was within the time frame that we aim to get claims assessed by. We work with the vets directly and do not ask our customers to provide any documents. We understand that this can be a difficult time for pet owners, so we have made the claim process simple and stress free so that we are chasing the vets for you. On this occasion we had to contact your vet several times as all the documents we required were not provided. As you are aware your claim has been accepted and we hope that Dollie is doing well. “I submitted a claim a few weeks ago for Ella's initial consultation and diagnosis with my regular vet, with a referral to Woodcroft for potential surgery. Whilst I have received an explanatory email giving me reasons why my claim has not yet been sorted I am concerned that I have now paid nearly £750 (although my second claim has only just been submitted) and have no remuneration. this was not how I believed the claims service would work. Since leaving this feedback my concerns have addressed quickly and resolved - thank you.”
