“I changed to Waggel from Petplan as it was much cheaper (more than half the cost). After not claiming on my previous insurance ever, typically I now had to make a claim as my dog started having seizures. The interface is really easy to understand and use and the customer service is really good, I talked over web chat with a really helpful woman called Mercedes and she literally was contacting the vet to get what she needed to arrange payment directly and make sure the next scan was covered and paid for by the policy”

“The UI and claim process is amazing. My only downside right now is waiting so long to get any response on the claim. I’ve heard nothing and it doesn’t appear to be moving along.”

Hi Darren. Thanks for your positive comments, I'll make sure to pass them onto the team. In regards to your claim we're still waiting on the information from your vet - some vets are incredibly slow at providing this information, even with us constantly pestering them for it! Covid-19 has also had an effect, with many vets running on reduced staff. We'll get there eventually, and once we do have the information it should be processed pretty quickly :)
