“So far I am impressed by the fact that for three pets who are more than just pets, that they are all insured for under 30quid where as such other insurance companies, like animals friends was costing me over 70 quid a month for the same type of cover. Ok I understand that as pets get older so the cover goes up and my liability as well, but it’s not something I’m really concerned about.As I understand that pets get older faster than humans and then you have a duty of care for them. For years my late wife and myself had our original family of pets insured with, Pet plan. And Pet plan wasn’t so bad .”

“I have had some difficulty finalising the start of my policy for Freddie. I could not confirm the declaration and thereafter move to payment for same. I emailed early on the 15th but the matter was not resolved. On return home later that day, I chatted with Kirsty who resolved the problem by getting other members of the team involved within an hour. Although I have rated a 4, I really see Waggel as an extremely good policy considering I became Mum to an older dog - Freddie - after his first Mum passed away. I Thanks Waggel. Pity I have missed out on some days of insurance before I feel I will be fully covered for Freddie.”

“I found Waggel by accident, the process of getting a quote is really easy, no hidden loop holes as your pet ages. Chat available straight away to answer any questions. Coverage for things that are important. Comparison guide how Waggel compares to other well known insurers. My vets do jot accept portal which alot of insures use, Waggel deals via email and phone. Simple.”
