“Raised my issue, I was being chased for this so I called up to find out the status, to find out that it has been escalated to the right places and that it was indeed being looked at (not even half an hour after raising it). Speedy service as always. Still unsure if the issue resolved itself or if it was fixed by an engineer, but either way it was fixed very quickly after raising it.”

“Excellent service, - the only feedback I would give is that I called the Vuzion support number thinking that would go through to the partner support, however, the number went to Cobweb and then I had to be transferred.”
