“Since our engagement with Vuzion, the level of support and service we have received has been exceptional. Our account manager has shown a genuine desire to assist in the further development of our business beyond the products and services they supply. Our previous supplier was nowhere near the level of attention we have received.”

“Very pleased with Vuzion and the level of service and care we have received recently. Reece and Tahmid are always responsive, helpful and have our best interests at heart. They recently went above and beyond to facilitate the resolution of an issue with Microsoft CSP switch which got resolved really quickly by Alan and Jack and positively impacted our end user client. Couldn't recommend Vuzion highly enough.”

“I just wanted to say a big thankyou to Our account manager Alex Hazeldine for bringing us the opportunity to train our sales team and preform a call out day as part of the Champions of Change. The training has proved invaluable for our sales team filling in their knowledge gaps and building their confidence when talking about Microsoft cloud products, especially Business Voice. The callout day has also highlighted how interested our customers are having a phone system built into Teams. Even with the current would issues and instability a lot of customers are very interested in Business Voice. Finally knowing that our Vuzion account manager Alex and a Microsoft representative where only a Teams chat away to give advice and knowledge gave a huge confidence boost to the team.”
