Took ages to respond to support request and then didn't really explain what I should to resolve the fault and then closed the ticket, appalling !

Almost 48 hours to initially respond, only to be asked questions we'd already answered in our original support request. very poor.....

Issue was open for 2 months. No one seemed to be chasing the supplier. I had multiple updates saying that they were expecting an update in a couple of days and then the date kept getting pushed back. Whenever there is an Acronis issue no one seems to be bothered to do anything. Eventually just give up chasing as I knew it wouldn't get resolved any faster as the your support team don't know how to deal with Acronis related issues. This is not a one off. Whenever there is an issue with Acronis is seems to take a long time to be resolved (or even escalated to the vendor) This has also been raised with our account managers who are aware of the substandard level of support regarding this product over the previous 12+ months. Took 23 hours to get raised to acronis, by that time the issue had resolved itself.

Once again the ticket has been closed without the issues asked of the ticket being addressed. Sorry to have to give you another bad review but just not getting the quality of service expected.

Ticket was closed saying the public folders can't be found, when they clearly exist and are visible in public folders section on the office 365 portal

Not kept up to date on the ticket Had to keep calling multiple times every day to get updates When Cobweb was provided information this often took me calling up multiple times chasing the ticket only to find 2 days later the information hadn't been passed over to the 3rd party
