Issue was open for 2 months. No one seemed to be chasing the supplier. I had multiple updates saying that they were expecting an update in a couple of days and then the date kept getting pushed back. Whenever there is an Acronis issue no one seems to be bothered to do anything. Eventually just give up chasing as I knew it wouldn't get resolved any faster as the your support team don't know how to deal with Acronis related issues. This is not a one off. Whenever there is an issue with Acronis is seems to take a long time to be resolved (or even escalated to the vendor) This has also been raised with our account managers who are aware of the substandard level of support regarding this product over the previous 12+ months.
