“I've always resisted having doors separating my sitting room from my dining room. However, since resigning my dining room and kitchen into one full room I needed a separation. My doors were on order since May and have now arrived and been fitted - and I absolutely love love love them!!! So well made but also light and airy. I can't speak highly enough about them.”

“We ordered a set of Ultra 3.6m 5 door from Vufold after hours or reading reviews of different door systems. They were ordered on a tuesday pm and arrived thursday am. We went through every item to check for damage within the 72hr deadline. We found a slight defect with the oak finish on one door . A quick call to vu fold and without any quibbling a new door pane was shipped out to us. As a competent diyer and having a help from my father in law I decided to fit myself. The process really was fairly straight forward following the excellent instruction manual. every still and driver bit needed is supplied in the kit. Taking things at a slow pace It took us 6 hours from start to finish to get them in to the hole in the wall had been prepped the day before. Now they are in we are so pleased to have chosen them. Excellent product with excellent customer service”

“I bought a set of 3.0m Status bi-fold external doors. The sales and technical support was excellent, mostly via online live chat which was really useful. I was kept informed about delivery. I installed the doors myself and found everything to be in order and the instructions easy to follow. Great product at a competitive price.”

“Fast delivery and good quality doors but manufacturing default all the way down one side of the frame that Vufold would not do anything about because I didn't notice until they were fitted. Would not use again for this reason.”

Thank you for your feedback Nicolette, I am sorry to hear you’ve had a mixed experience. Vufold offer a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects and a claim for which can be made at any point during the 10 years under the terms of the guarantee. Unfortunately, in this case, the issue shown below is damage that appears to be scuff marks to the painted surface of frame jamb. Unfortunately, Vufold cannot accept claims for damage outside of 72 hours of receiving delivery or if the item has been installed. Should you wish to discuss the advice given on how best to rectify the issue please do not hesitate to contact us.
