“delivered within a few days of order, on time and as agreed, contains all fixings, fixing tips, masonry and timber drill bits. Instructions really well written and easy to fix. Couldn’t have had a better experience.”

“The bifold doors arrived within a few days with good instructions and carefully packaged. Brilliant company to buy from. These were the first set of bifolds we had ever fitted being householders, but Vufold made it very straightforward.”

“Very prompt delivery within the three days as promised, helpful and friendly drivers with good communication of arrival time. Installed by my local window fitter who was also impressed by the quality, and ease of installation due to the pre installation of most items and factory set up.”

“We have had a flawless delivery, on time, no parts missing, good communication with the transport company about the place of delivery. You need to take good notice of the installation instructions and maybe make the best choice between the printed instructions and the video on YouTube. There are a few minor differences, but both ways lead to Rome. We had ordered two sets of wooden bifold doors and we have installed one a day by ourselves. (2 man job) We are really chuffed with the result and would buy again without hesitation.”

“Excellent service and quality. Really quick and efficient delivery even though I am the other end of the country. Chippy who installed commented on how well made the bifolds were ! Only thing to be aware of, important to flag up any damage or faults within 72 hours, difficult if being fitted a week later. No problems with mine thankfully !”

Yes, we do request that items are checked within 72 hours of receipt, and thank you for highlighting this. Although we have various stages of quality checks before items are dispatched from our warehouse, accidents can happen in transit. We ask for items to be checked for any missing or damaged parts and reported within 72 hours to make the resolution a quicker and easier process for our customers. We do not want to cause any delays to an installation should there be an issue preventing the completion. “Highly detailed and informative website, short leadtimes (2-3 days when most others were on 5-6 weeks) and a great product at a decent price. Complete installation kit along with detailed instructions. Aluminium 3 panel bifold fitted in a couple of hours by the two of us (one experienced). All great.”

“Excellent quality doors and frame and fixings. Screw caps let it down they are flimsy plastic. Needs some sort of end cap on header frame. Apart from that very impressed!”

“The doors are exactly as described. They are of excellent quality and all parts fitting are supplied. Instruction very succinct and if followed properly you will have a quality set of doors. Take into account if staining doors the extra time needed to apply the finish. Also consider wether you need architrave. Fitter was very impressed and he is a hard person to please.”
