“As a customer abroad, I found that Vital consular was professional, quick and and delivered all my documents as promised. The staff were very reassuring and though they had to work through possible pandemic delays, the communication and updates during the process was maintained. All in all, I am very happy I worked with Vital Consular, and highly recommend them in the future.”

“Excellent and professional service. Prompt response to any query raised on the progress at any time. Only suggestion - When people are looking for service from other countries where branch is available, the website should directly take them to nearest branch. For e.g. i applied from Dubai, however the website took me to UK site and had to coordinate completely from UK. Came to know about Dubai branch when i got the certificate back. Probably would have been easier to coordinate with local team.”
