Hi! I sent multiple emails inquiring about my situation before sending the document to you. I waited for about a week without receiving any replies, so I sent my certificate anyway. This was a risk I took, as I did not receive confirmation that my document could be legalized. I am satisfied with the speed and efficiency of the legalization process. However, I am disappointed with the lack of customer service before I paid and sent my certificate. I would have appreciated the opportunity to speak with someone about my document and confirm that it could be legalized before I proceeded. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and improve your customer service. I would be happy to provide more details about my experience if that would be helpful. We have used Vital Consular services several times over the years - for educational and marriage certificate notarization and attestation and their services are usually professional and quickly managed. However, on this last occasion, the originals of my certificates were lost in the internal mail delivery system at Vital Consular's office at Batley Business Park. I understand that all mail deliveries for several businesses are delivered to a centralized distribution desk - regrettably my certificates did not reach Vital Consular directly and were "lost". Although Vital Consular refunded the cost of the replacement certificates, there was a time delay whilst the certificates were reissued. I think that for a business which relies on receiving original important documents, a mail delivery system - to a central service desk - is perhaps not the most reliable service for customers. I have rated the service "Acceptable" and customer service as "Very Good" because of the history of service and the concerned manner in which my case was subsequently managed after the certificates were originally lost.

I take on board everything that you have mentioned within your review and I can understand how frustrating the matter was for you and for that I can only apologise. We did rectify the issue but it did cause a slight delay. We do look forward to working with you again in the future if there was ever a requirement.
I've had two sets of documentation which we submitted for attestation at the start of May 2022. The attestation of the document in the UK (a degree certificate from a UK university) seemed to have been completed quickly enough but wasn't forwarded to the UAE to complete the process until I specifically asked for it to be done. The second set of documents for attestation has taken many twists and turns partly due to the local (Kenyan) government authorities asking for additional information during the process. My experience is that I've had to make phone calls and to write plenty of emails to Vital Consular and their Kenyan partners in order to follow up the status of my documents. My family and I hoped to have our UAE visas in order to travel by 10th August but the delays in getting our documents ready mean that our new employers are still waiting for us to get certain documents stamped in order to submit our visa and work permit applications. There could definitely have been better communication from Vital Consular on the progress of the process in order to have time to handle the inevitable curveball which government agencies always present in such cases. Sadly we seem likely to face a delayed entry into the UAE, which defeats the purpose behind us starting the process early in a bid to ensure a smooth transition to a new country. Given the reputation of the company, we expected better information flow. It didn't help that we kept dealing with different people in the organisation and it felt like we had to call the UK office to follow up emails we had written. We now have very tight timelines to get the UAE stamps on our documents which should now all be hopefully with the Vital Certificates Dubai office. We can only hope and pray that the processing of the UAE MOFA stamps on our documents will be way faster than our previous experience in order to facilitate the visa/work permit process

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am very sorry that you feel that you did not receive the service you wished for. In regards to the UK documents not being sent to our Dubai team for MOFA as soon as they were completed. This is never done if there are other documents on the order. We wait for all documents to catch up and then send them all together so all documents are finalised together. I can appreciate the frustration with the Kenyan documents, as you say it was down to Kenya requesting additional supporting documents and for that, I apologise but unfortunately, sometimes we are not aware of additional information required until we start the process. I have looked through the email threads between yourself and my team and I can see that they answered your queries when you did message but sometimes there may have been a slight delay due to us having to obtain some information for you but you did always receive a reply in a timely manner. We do allow all of our support team to deal with the same email enquiries but this does not take away the fact that everyone who replies to your emails always read through the content first to make themselves aware of the situation. We allow this so as not to delay any replies being sent as we do have members of the team that work different hours.
I liked the fact that they kept me informed of how the process is progressing. It was however, extremely expensive and I had 3 certificates to attest, please keep in mind that your customers are jobseekers and may not be able to afford or make a good discount for more than one documents.

I have checked your order and I can see that you opted for our urgent service which is the more expensive option as our team personally attends the Foreign Office and the Embassy. We do offer a multiple document discount on documents and this was added to your order at the quote stage. We do also offer the Klarna option for our clients that would prefer to spread the cost of their order over 3 months rather than having to pay the whole cost straight away. I am pleased though that you appreciated the emails we sent after each process so you knew at what stage the process was at.
Sorry but cannot comment at this point. Have placed an order - received e-mail a week ago saying documents dispatched via DHL. Did not receive anything. The sent e-mail enquiring what happend and was told not dispatched yet..... STILL WAITING!!!!

Vital Consular dealt with authorisation of legal documents for my visa to China. This was done mostly promptly, however there were several situations wherein I had to chase specific individuals for an update, when I was told that I would be kept in the loop at all stages. I understand that this may seem a small concern, however when paying £800+ for a service, this is unacceptable. For example, I was told I would be informed immediately upon the embassy reopening after COVID lockdown, yet I found this information myself, and was only told after I'd sent an email questioning this the day after the embassy had reopened. The representatives were professional in their correspondence, however as stated above, when paying over £800 for a document service, you shouldn't have to be chasing people for information and updates, especially when you've been told that these updates will be given to you as soon as they are available.

Thank you Will for taking the time to leave your review. firstly let me apologise that you have not been 100% happy with the service you received. This will be looked into internally and processes changed where required. When Embassies make any changes they do not advise us prior to them and this was the case with the reopening of the Chinese Consulate. Once we found out it had re opened you should have then been advised this along with the difficulties we faced with trying to obtain appointments as they are only open for 2 days a week for 3 hours each day. I do hope your concerns will not stop you using Vital in the future if the requirement was to arise.
The work carried out for this service was complete and efficient. The only negative side is that if you are using the service outside of the UK you cannot have direct access to that country and are always surfing between time-zones to respond to needs. Plus adding extra time once process is complete sending paperwork back to UK for final sign off only to be sent back out to destination. This caused delayed time in receiving documents, A smarter and more intuitive method needs to be designed for this advertised International company. The staff were helpful and responded to all emails sent.

I am really happy to hear that all our team that you dealt with were helpful and professional I do take on board and fully understand your comment in regards to additional time being added for overseas document due to paperwork having to be processed through the UK. We do have all documents couriered back to our head office in the UK so we can quality check all wok that has been carried out to ensure that the documents are not rejected in country once our clients submit them. This can cause further delays if the paperwork needs to be re attested.
Vital Consular prove an easy and affordable service for getting your documents ready for China. It would have been nice if my documents weren't delayed for a week before they were returned. However I will/ have recommended your services.

I have checked your order to see why your documents were delayed and I can see that when you placed your order you opted for our 4 week service (20 working days). We received your original documents on the 10th February and dispatched them on the 3rd March. This is 1 week early. I apologise if there was any confusion at quote stage and I am happy for further feedback so I can look into this to ensure confusion is not caused going forward.
2nd time I have used them to be fair the first time was very good but the second time they sent the items back to me rather than on to my Client direct as agreed. The delay in my Client receiving them caused major problems with a very large contract that we nearly lost.

I have looked into your order and when you made the payment through our payment system you entered a delivery address that was in the UK and this is the address as to where we shipped your order to.
I was generally happy with the help Given. The only disappointment was the office in London that wasn't manned at all by your staff. That devalued my expectancy and was a concern. But the job got done.

Our London office does have a number of team members but unfortunately if we have to make an emergency visit to an Embassy, whoever is within the office will attend and yes, this does sometimes mean that there is no one within the office but completing our clients orders in the most timely manner is very important to Vital. There is always someone on reception to take documents or answer questions. We do look forward to working with you again in the future in the need is required.

I have checked your order and I can see that the type of legalisation you opted for had a processing time of 12-15 working days. You also added the option for Ministry of Foreign Affairs which adds an extra 4-5 working days and with delivery this is an extra 3-5 workings day totalling 25 working days. From the date we received your payment to when you received your completed document was exactly 25 workings days. As your shipment was going overseas it can take a little longer than usual to be delivered. I have checked your order and I can see it has now been delivered. The first time I used this service it was very good. This was for a marriage visitor visa. I recently went back to try and apply and get my wife another visa for the U.K. for when we go back to live permanently and I was asked when will she travel and I told the agent that we was not sure !! Maybe next year but I need for her to have a visa in case we have an emergency and have to to back to the U.K. you could not help ? Waste of time for us
