“The service we recieve is amazing however there can be confusion between different team members. The staff are always very polite and their levels of customer service is 5*”

We do offer updates after each stage of the process has been completed so our clients are aware that it is moving to the next stage. Unfortunately t would be very difficult to offer detailed timings as these can change depending on how busy the FCO or Embassies etc are at that time.

Thank you for your feedback, Concepcion. Thank you for taking the time to leave you review. I am sorry you were a little disappointed with the processing time. We did make you aware that because you required a verification rather than a notification this does take longer because we have to wait for the University to verify the details we have sent to them and the attestation can not start until this has been received. Universities can take as long as they wish and we are unable to speed this up. I am aware that 2 of the team went above and beyond contacting their colleagues in Spain to try and ascertain what you required due to you having a document produced by a notary rejected previously.

I have checked your order and you opted for the xpress service in which we completed in 20 working days which is what we advise the processing time is. We greatly appreciate your remark on the response of our staff, as it is something we hold in the utmost regard.

“So far so good. Still have paperwork being processed by you. The delay is not at your end. There is confusion when automatic emails are sent to me giving me wrong information. This has happened a couple of times. On one occasion I got 7 emails one after the other saying the same thing. The staff are very efficient and easy to correspond with”

“Hi, It is really impressive covering up to the embassy attestation and the extensive processing time was already expected from information conveyed earlier but it would have been absolutely splendid if your services are rendered towards sending and possibly receiving the PCC from Dubai/UAE also.
