“I took the 2 day overseas service for £263. The service relates to DHL express return service rather that the time to get the documents appostiled and then legalised though. In total, took 3 weeks from Malaysia - UK - Malay, which is reasonable. Had I had to do it all myself, it would have cost £5,000 plus. In summary, the service is absolutely excellent. They keep you up to date with progress and answer queries promptly. Would highly recommend this company as a result. Delighted with their service.”

We do offer updates after each stage of the process has been completed so our clients are aware that it is moving to the next stage. Unfortunately t would be very difficult to offer detailed timings as these can change depending on how busy the FCO or Embassies etc are at that time.

“I placed 2 seperate orders one of which I was advised would take on average 10-14 days. The other, I was given a specific date I would recieve the order, as I had paid an additional charge for it to be fast tracked. Neither order was returned within the time frame given, nor were Vital Consular forthcoming with their communications. I was having to constantly having to initiate contact to find out what was happening. On occasions staff memebers told me they would call me and never did. Not the service I expected.”

Thank you for your review, Lauren. I have looked into your order and Can see that when you requested a quotation from Vital you opted for UK documents only. When we received your documents there was a USA issued document also. USA issued documents do take longer to process than UK documents as we have to send them back to the USA to be processed, we an not process them in the UK. However, we did go over the estimated processing time for the USA document and we did refund you for this. I apologise if you feel that we did not get back to you in a timely manner. Due to the time difference with the UK and the USA we were not able to obtain instant updates for you but once we did receive a reply we did let you know straight away.

“I used Vital Consular's Urgent service in the UK to have a British document legalized with an apostille. Though pricey, they did indeed get the apostille on the document within 1-2 working days, despatched the document with DHL on the Friday and it arrived in Italy on the Monday. They sent me updates at key points in the process. I would recommend their UK apostille services even when time is very tight.”
