I chose an urgent service to legalize a document as I had a tight deadline. The initial information provided by Vital was clear and concise. The estimated processing time was 5-6 working days (plus time to verify the certificate with my institution). The actual processing time took over six weeks, by which time I had missed my deadline and effectively wasted the 400 GBP processing fee. Post-payment, communication from the company was sporadic and vague. I would not recommend this company, nor use them again.

I am very sorry that you are feeling aggrieved with the amount of time your order did take with us. When we quote our clients for a Taiwan service we do advise that the actual processing time will not start until we have obtained the verification from the University. In normal instances this is a fairly quick process as they validate what we are asking over the telephone and then our solicitor can make his certification. Unfortunately on this occasion your University would not confirm any information we asked and directed us to HEDD which is a verification website. Once we had requested the details from them they advised it was going to take 4 weeks. We knew this would not work for you so we asked our solicitor if there was anything we could do to help speed the process up, to which he was able to from information issued previously, doing this saved around 3 weeks processing time. Once this had happened we then forwarded your document to the Foreign office and the Embassy once received back. You order was processing through the Xmas period where there were closures which did affect the completion time. I know you were a little disappointed that we couldn't give you an estimated time for the verification but this is because each University does undertake this process differently and some are quicker than others but we do not have exact or even estimated times as to how long each one takes. I genuinely am sorry that you are feeling upset by this but I can assure you we did process your order as quickly as humanly possible.
I paid extra for the express service, yet it still took the same amount of time it would have if I had paid for one of the other services. There was no correspondence on what stage the attestation process was at unless I emailed for an update.

Unfortunately once we submit to the Embassy they do not offer any kind of updates and if they are processing many documents it can also delay how quickly they complete the attestation. Your order was completed quicker than it would have taken for the slowere service as we were able to undertake the apostille from the Foreign Office in 1 day rather than 1 week. I hope the above helps place your mind at ease
Communication below average. Timelines not kept to. Not accepting responsibility for delays. There are better companies, offering the same service for less money out there.

Thank you Martin for taking the time to leave your review it has been very much appreciated. ​I am sorry you feel that the process has gone on longer than it should have. ​ ​I have checked your order and we received your document on the 2nd of February. The service you opted for is the Express service which is a 15-20 working days service. If we base this on 20 working days this takes you to the 2nd March. You also opted for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp to be applied and this adds an extra 5-8 working days onto the process. With the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp this takes you to the 15th March. ​Your order was dispatched back to you in the UK on the 14th March which means we had completed 1 day early as the process time does not include shipping back. ​ ​The only updates we offer are when a stage has been completed so you know at what stage the process is at. I have checked our emails and you received all of the updates that you should have. Apologies if you didnt see these, they may have landed in your junk file.
They failed to remove an urgent services from their website options that was advertised as 10 days, and only informed me that it would take standard to longer time up-to 4 weeks after I paid for that urgent service. I had to press myself to make half of that service work by calling the embassy to expedite the return of my documents and they never offered a refund or even half a refund. beware and do not purchase any of their online services without contacting them to confirm availability. they were promote with communication to rectify the issue, keeping me in the loop, so I could track and press for fast attestation by the embassy. I'll only give them credit for helping me do half their job for them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review Ebrahim I have looked into your comments in regards to your order. We do still have the urgent services listed on our website because we are still able to offer the Foreign and Commonwealth on the urgent service and most of the Embassies are now back to as they were pre Covid. When you placed your order on our website there is a disclaimer advising that the processing times could differ due to Covid and to seek advice from the team if this could apply to your order. Once your order arrived within our system a member of the team emailed you straight away to advise the delay with Qatar legalisations and the issues we have with not being able to make in person submissions at the moment. Our website advises that the process will take 8-10 working days. We received your document on the 31st August and dispatched it to you on the 9th September which was slightly earlier than advised. However, I am a little confused with your comment in regards to you doing half the process for Vital. The Foreign Office, Embassy and Courier were all undertaken by Vital which is the full process.
I was offered the super express option even though you knew that you couldn't deliver due to covid and the impossibility of personal delivery of the documents to the UAE embassy. I feel cheated. It took far too long. I could have lost the job if I had waited for you to deliver on you promise.

Unfortunately at the moment due to Covid we are only able to make submission via mail and because of this the Embassy do not have a specific time frame in which they are completing documents and returning them. They are now completing documents much faster. I can assure you that we did process your document as quickly as possible at that time. Once again I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
Took too long to wait for my documents. I had to send numerous emails to get the ball rolling in the first place. Conditions of service were not communicated effectively enough from the outset. It was not made clear to me that the quote given included direct postage to China instead of to me in the UK, and therefore after paying 3 months earlier I then had to pay another £75 to get them sent to me.

It’s been since March and I’ve not recieved my attested items. My employers have been on me to get the paperwork to them and now I fear I will not be hired on for a continuing year as it’s been months.

Dear Heather. Thank you for your review. As you are aware, your document was delayed due to the closure of the Department of State walk-in centre in Washington as a response to the Covid-19 epidemic. This meant that we had to submit a postal request in the US which are taking 2-3 months for them to process, as opposed to a same-day service that we are usually able to provide. As per our email to you on the 5th June, this work had finally been completed, and passed to our Dubai office for final processing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Again due to Covid, this department has only just reopened to agents, and we are processing several hundred documents as soon as we can get the appointments. Your document is due be completed on Sunday and shipped the same day. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further queries.
I sent the original Degree & transcript for Apostille, instead, they did Apostille on the photocopy. So I have to send them again to attest original document and i had to pay the double fee, double courier charges, time wastage, and headache.

Hi Inam Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I have checked your order and I can see that you clearly requested that the original documents were processed. We take scans of all documents before they are dispatched to our clients and I can see that the legalisation for both your documents was undertaken on the original documents and not a certified copy. If you look at the reverse of both of the documents our solicitor has signed them with the following wording "Certify this to be the original document produced to me". If the legalisation was undertaken on a certified copy it would say "Certify this to be a copy of the original document produced to me" I hope the above helps to place your mind at ease that the original and not a copy has been processed.
I paid to have an affidavit but they forgot to do it despite my reminding them. At times, I was receiving emails from three different people regarding my quote. Seemed a tad disorganised (- the last thing you want with people handling valuable documents). As my documents had already been shipped abroad to my new employer, I was caught playing the middle man, sending emails back and forth between Vital Consular and my new employer. You would expect better considering the amount you pay.

I was very disappointed with the service because I was left stranded at Heathrow, I was held up inside the terminal my concierge should have came inside the terminal to look for me, I had to £250 to get home to Newmarket

Hi Michael Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. However, I feel that you have mistaken us with a different company. Vital Consular processed your Visa, we do not offer any kind of Concierge service.
Not very impressed for the price paid. Wrong tracking number given, slow answering and require to chase for updates. Disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback Gregori. I am very sorry your experience with Vital was not as expected. I have looked into your order and I can see that your payment reached our account at the end of December and we started the legalisation immediately. The quotation stated that the processing time for both your documents were 15-20 working days and that the final in country stamp could take an additional 5 working days. We completed your full order including the final in country stamp in 17 working days. In regards to the incorrect tracking number, this was not incorrect it was the tracking number advising you that your documents were on their way to the destination country to be completed. You should have then received a second email advising of the tracking reference when they were completed and on their way to you. As your documents were not being legalised in the UK, we are unable to offer updates as frequently as we would if they were but when you requested an update we obtained one and advised you straight away.
Considering the cost, the service was terrible.

Hi Aiden Thank you for your review. I have checked your order on our system and also the related emails between yourself and the team at Vital. I am very sorry you thought the service was terrible but I can not see where the service fell down. We received your University letter within your document package which did not note the content that is required for the Embassy as to which you were advised. You asked us to proceed with the legalisation with the letter we had. You were updated throughout the process with the automated updates we offer and then when your order was finalised, our London team advised the tracking reference. Again, I am very sorry the expectations were not met.
