“The service I received from Vital parts was very good, Initially, I ordered some end caps to use as scuppa bungs on my Kayaks. the first ones ordered were slightly too small and didn't fit tight enough for the purpose intended. I submitted a returns form and posted the end caps back. I received the replacement end caps within a week. Overall the service provided by Vital Parts was first class and I would recomend the company to anyone.”
