“Vital parts were superb. We had a pretty trivial requirement - 3 "stoppers", they assisted in selection by recommending the best material to use. When they discovered that the one they had suggested initially was out of stock, they proposed an alternate. The items arrived very quickly and were perfect. All this for a £15 order, I am well impressed Greg Taylor”

“I ordered some Square Metal Threaded Insert from Vital parts online store, the site was very easy to navigate and I found what I needed without any trouble. The items were in stock and I ordered at approx. 11.00hrs and they were dispatched the same day which was really excellent service.
