I am very pleased with product but nearly gave up on this company as one male staff member was very reluctant to send me a sample . I would have left five stars but for this poor service.

Products are good quality and the prices fair. The rating is a little lower because delivery took longer than we have all come to expect and tracking is very poor.

You need to pick a courier service that delivers as requested. You pay extra for the 'quick' service and its not. Other than that all good

Confusion on availability of the items ordered and out of stock after order was confirmed and payments taken. Had to settle with replacement items which was part delivered and still waiting for the remainder to arrive. Not great service and very slow!

The parts I ordered were fine but to be honest the delivery was slow ordered on the 26th april recievieved on the 5th May

Parts that arrived were perfect. There was issue regarding the colour I originally wanted being sold out after my purchase but that was soon rectified by customer service. However I paid £12 for 2 day UK delivery and the part actually took 4 days to arrive. I called the customer service team on the day I expected my delivery and no one was available to connect my call so I left my contact details and reference number but no one got back to me. I am very disappointed that I my call was never followed up by a member of the vital parts team.

Still waiting for second set of feet

Communications with Vital parts have been excellent but sadly through no fault of their own I am still awaiting my (small) order 1month 9 days later simply because it was posted to Tenerife, Spain. My package is the size of a large box of matches and only slightly greater in value. I can only imagine what else is being held back due to 'brexit' induced customs checks. Will probably take longer to sort this than covid.

These rubber feet although they do the job leave really bad black marks/stains on surfaces.

Vital part cultivated our email from paypal without permission or knowledge, which we think is the height of ignorance. We will probably find it being used for spamming purposes in due course. If Vital Parts treat their customer's email with such shameless disregard- think before you buy from them.

The parts I ordered were not available which was disappointing. I was called very soon after placing the order (good) to be told this. We agreed an alternative part which may or may not suit, to be determined. These parts were despatched very promptly (good). I am waiting to install one of the parts to check suitability.

delivery's efficient, I wrote and asked a question before delivery but never received a reply which would have been helpful. The product was fine but actually not quite the right size . The screw on the old legs I was replacing is 6mm but the ones you sent are smaller so on your website it would be helpful to show exactly how you are measuring ie the inside or outside of the thread
