“I was recommended by my optician to Vision Scotland and have them perform surgery on my eyes as my cataracts were requiring attention, the nearest clinic was at Dyce. My assessment was very friendly and informative, I felt completely at ease and decided to go ahead with the procedure. I am pleased to say the patient team and the surgeon were very reassuring on the day of the procedure which was discomfort free and at the age of 85 could not be happier with the result and now enjoy the fact my vision is back”

“I had my eyes operated on in Early November 2023. I was very apprehensive on the day of my operation but was put at ease by your excelent staff. I was able to start driving again within two weeks as my vision was a lot better than I was expecting. I was amazed at the way colours seemed so much sharper and brighter. I have had a re-examination at spec savers in Nairn who was very pleased with the results, I only need glasses for extra small writting close in. My eyes still water a lot but they always did before I had the operation. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you Mr J V Webb”

“Vision Scotland recently carried out vision correction cataract surgery on both my eyes, and I can't thank them enough the difference in my vision is astounding. From consultation to post op care the entire Vision Scotland team were professional, caring, and did everything they could to put me at ease, to make sure I was informed about every step throughout the entire procedure, and to make it as stressless as possible. Can't thank Sanjay Mantry, and the entire Vision Scotland Team enough for restoring my sight.”

“I had two cataracts done and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish . Mark Stoddart did my operation and it was completely pain free . I’m so pleased that I don’t need to wear glasses now”

“I had cataracts removed from both eyes in October 2023. The whole experience was completely smooth and pain free. The operation itself took barely 30 mins. After a cup of coffee and a tea cake ( most welcome) I was all done…. In under 2 hours. All the staff are excellent and Mr Ross superb… I would heartily recommend Vision Scotland at Ratho Station to anyone needing Ophthalmic surgery.”

“Had my 2nd cataract op with Mr. Jonathan Ross at Vision Scotland. The whole process from pre op assessment to the day of surgery was done professionally and recovery was straightforward. 7 weeks on I have good distance vision without glasses and only need glasses for reading. Was treated with care and respect throughout the whole process by all staff I came into contact with. Thank you.”

“Special thanks to Dr Ross and his team. Went from being more or less blind in one eye and blurred vision in the other to being able to see clearly again for the first time in over 2years. Fantastic service, excellent after-care. Couldn't recommend the highly enough.”

“I had cataract surgery in November arranged through Vision Scotland. The treatment was carried out by Mr. Mantry and his team at Rosshall Clinic, Braehead. From my initial appointment to my final assessment, my care was excellent. I would highly recommend Vision Scotland ( and Mr. Mantry) if considering eye surgery.”
