“Great day in London,tour on open top bus, Thames cruise and London eye, only issue was one of the guides needed further training,as deserted us at the eye without telling us if we had transport back to Victoria or not, assume not. We walked with aid of map,not a problem but would of liked to of been informed, a bit of courtesy?”

“My husband and I enjoyed an amazing day in Padstow, Cornwall spending 2 hours on a boat searching for various wildlife. The Padstow Sealife Safaris team were amazing. Thanks Virgin for an awes9me experience.”

“As you would expect views from the Shard were spectacular. As a photographer, I just wish there were a few gaps you would get a camera through. The reflections from the glass made it very difficult to get a perfect image. Similar sites in New York allow you to get unimpeded views. The Jen's Gin Experience was very disappointing. We got a rambling and inaccurate history of gin, and got to taste two gins. The premises are uninspiring. Sorry to say this part of the day was not good value for money!”

“The show was good but the meal beforehand was terrible, the waiter took our drinks order, then 10 mins later came and said he'd forgot to put them through and what did we want again. Drinks came out and both of them were wrong so sent them back, we got our mains before our starters so sent them back, then our starters came out cold so we sent them back, they only brought out my drink and we had to ask for my partners twice. The mains came out cold. The staff were rude and all in all quite useless.”

“Something Nice to look forward too, we were welcomed aboard by the Receptionist who was happy to see us, we were shown to our Table to the Stern of the vessel we weren't alone there were other tables and other people seemed to be enjoying the Experience, the Meal starts with 1st Course which was tasty followed by the Main meal which was cooked lovely apart from the out of season Parsnip which had a bitter after taste but the rest was ok, followed by a petit desert of a small lemon curd tart with clotted cream very tasty, and then to follow we had the choice of tea or coffee we chose tea which was the colour of dish water and tasted like it as well No Petit fours as promised on the Menu so a bit of a let down at the end so who ate our Petit fours Cos it wasn't us! over all the very sunny hot day made it more enjoyable, when we went up on the Poop deck to view the sights apart from the smokers it was quite enjoyable and we saw a lot of sights we wouldn't normally see from the bank and had a good insight to all Buildings along the River bank from Flats to Houses to Office blocks new and old overall it started well but ended not so well 'shame'”

“Had an amazing time at Bowden Hall, fabulous friendly staff, fantastic dinner, even if limited in choice. Lovely spacious room, although no air conditioning, comfy bed, amazing breakfast.”
