“Had our boiler fixed today by Shaun Yendall and am so pleased with his service. On time, job done quickly and the most polite person I have dealt with from Village Heating. If only the receptionists answering the phone were as helpful and polite. Every call I have made to the office has been met with a bad and careless attitude. So thank you Shaun, the 5 stars are for you alone! Shawn yendall”

“I needed a gas cooker disconnected quickly. I contacted four local businesses but only VHL responded. From start to finish the ‘customer journey’ was made smooth from the level of customer service through to the gas engineer not only doing a very professional job but also taking the time answer my questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending VHL.”

“Annual Boiler Maintenance I was very impressed by the professionalism of the work carried out . The Engineer was punctual , tidy and completed the work on time . Also good customer service by means of quick response and provided the invoice together with the detailed work carried out in form of a pdf . Highly recommend them.”

“As a landlord I dread receiving a distress call from my tenants and with a new tenant in my Flat it's happened three times in the last month for different emergencies! This time it was a leak from the Washing Machine and water running into the flat below. Village Heating have come to the rescue on each occasion. Their plumbers advise you they are on their way, attend promptly and do a thorough and efficient repair and even send me photographic evidence to show the problems have been resolved. I have no hesitation in recommending the Village Heating Home Emergency Service.”
