“The Village Heating engineer who serviced our boiler was very efficient and courteous. His work seemed to be more thorough than previous services carried out by other companies. After completion of the boiler service, I received a two detailed written reports regarding my boiler - something no other company has provided. Overall, I was very satisfied with Village Heating.”

“I had a fantastic heating engineer arrive today, to replace a major part in my Worcester Bosch boiler. He did the job extremely well & even refused a coffee. He was very friendly & just got on with the job. Another young man came along at the latter stages & fit some brackets around the flu vent of the boiler in the loft. They both did a tremendous job & I will be remaining a loyal customer to you. The lady on the phone in customer service was fabulous too. 5 Star rating!”

“Happy to report some fantastic and friendly service for a repair and service on my boiler this week. The team booked me in efficiently, the engineer arrived on time and with a smile, and the work was done quickly and effectively without any mess. The engineer also explained what he was doing which helped me understand better for the future. Highly recommended based on this great experience. Tom. NW6”

“My boiler stopped working and called Village Heating. An engineer came on the same day. Although the actual work was very simple (topping up the pressure) and was done within minutes, the engineer stayed for another half an hour showing me how I can better use all the functions on my boiler, which I thought went beyond the service. Pleasant and reliable service received, will use again!”

“My central heating broke down at the weekend. I have a one year old, so getting it up and running quickly was very important. Village heating sent someone round in just one hour. The engineer was extremely personable and took the time to explain clearly what the issue was. Although a part was broken, he was able to temporarily fix the heating and provide a clear recommendation on how to proceed.”

“I rhought the service overall was excellent. The lady who answered the phone was efficient and very helpful. I liked the fact that I was updated about proposed visits. The heating engineer Daniel Coventry who replaced the boiler was very efficient, professional and helpful.”

“Came within the time frame provided, very polite gentleman who solved my boiler problem! He explained the problem in a non-patronising, non-technical way and even helped me to program my heating/hot water too all within about half an hour! Really pleased, thank you!”

“I gave five stars as a tenant of a housing association I was without gas for over two weeks due to parts having to be ordered,but from sue the lovely lady in customer service to the guys who came out to do the job it was a big job which took most of the day but sue God bless her knew my husband had been taking into hospital the day before the work was to be done she asked for it to be done as quick as possible and it was but it was very efficient I would recommend village heating to anyone if they can do the job it's done,a big thank you to the guys Kieran Dan and Steve they were so nice I'm sure it was Steve that all day was just singing away which I enjoyed listening to and Kieran well he's a very nice young man really decent listened to everything I said even when I was talking about my husband,they done a great job and believe me it was a big job,I cannot say enough good things about both village heating and the guys true professionals they all are thanks sue and to the guys a massive thank you”

“Siberian weather 1st March.Heating not working.Phoned VHL 9.30am in panic.Engineer William arrived 1.00pm.Cause condenser frozen outside.I am female senior citizen and would have been unable to cope with rectifing the problem.Office staff and William,most helpful and polite. Patricia North Harrow.”
