“The tape arrived early and was a lovely bright yellow. Very rough and very sticky, just what I had hoped. Thanks”

“I have used Viking for my glue for some years and they have never let me down. In particular their sales team will go above and beyond to give good customer service. I have to give a particular mention to an exceptional member of staff ...Jackie Davidson who is cheerful, friendly and so professional and helps me with ordering everytime quickly and efficiently.”

“I was looking for a roll of Tape. I phoned to check stock. Last one on their shelf. Purchased on line and collected within 2 hours. Delivery charge initially paid as part of online purchase, delivery charge refunded after tape collection. Easy quick friendly service for Viking staff. A pleasure to deal with. Would use again for sure.”

“Wasn’t as quick to be delivered as I was told. Then an e-Mail to say that, too… if only they were as good as our other suppliers, maybe next time.”

“Absolutely first class. Craig spent a lot of time giving me expert product advice and Sue was equally helpful. Products despatched and arrived very quickly. Nice to see a company giving proper customer service”

“Would have given 5 stars but for the fact i always collect and there is no option to tick a box online, so every time i have to contact Viking to refund delivery charge. Service is great with technical advise readily available.”

“We are exhibiting at the NEC in Birmingham in May. Having exhibited at the NEC for 40+ years you need NEC approved double sided tape to hold the carpet tiles down. Viking supply NEC approved tape. Quick turnaround.”
