Very pleased with the high tech product . It meets all my requirements. The only downside is the lack of both general expertise and high tech ability in the general heating engineering profession to be able to readily provide a truly competent sales and after-sales service. Viessmann online service very good as long as you know the question to ask. Hence the 4star review ,otherwise it would be 5star

Very good so far. A little more noise than our previous Baxi boiler, it's in the airing cupboard next our bedroom. Love the app. Am now using it in Eco mode rather than Comfort as this stops it randomly firing up during the night when no one is using it. Can it be set to comfort during the day and Eco at night?

The boiler works well with no issues after a full 7 months. The controls are easy but I cannot have just my Bathroom/ensuite heating running by itself like my previous 40 year old boiler system did.... The much smaller size is good as it has freed up room in my kitchen. I have not as yet notice a great reduction in my gas usage surprisingly.

Very efficient service. Work good. Engineer could have communicated a little more. Minor item of dissatisfaction discovered next day but engineer returned to fix.

The Viesmann 111 storage combi is ideal for our large Edwardian 5 bedroom house and was very nicely installed by Kirkpatricks, Taunton. We are glad we chose the Hive smart controls rather than the Viesmann and the boiler has not yet been connected to the internet monitoring system. We are also a little concerned about the lack of approved installers and servicing contractors in Devon although the support from Kilpatricks has been great.

My new boiler is great now Thankyou but at first when the engineer from Heatable tried to switch it on it wouldn't work but when your engineer arrived at a later date he found it was an air-lock and then everything started to work after he had sorted it. It's been working fine since then.

Takes a long while to heat up, so only 1 degree an hour in my house. But, quiet, reliable and good value.

Went with installer as per yourselves, when we had problems with boiler it was difficult to contact yourselves as phones very busy and told to call back later. After boiler had broken down on the second occasion we were notified of the incorrect condenser pipe . By your engineer. We then notified installer who came out after several days , but we are still waiting for the outside pipes to be insulated and had been collecting water in a bucket in airing cupboard until there was no risk of frost to prevent damage to boiler . Have rang installer on at least three occasions re insulation but still waiting.

great product difficult to get technical advice have to call customer services first pretending you need a part then get transferred to technical and wait a long time for call to be answered as this is the same number for installers Please add customer technical helpline 9or add option to automated options) as often it is a relatively easy fix

Coming from my previous combi boiler with zero information aside from what I got from my separate Hive this is a great improvement. I am now able to track how the boiler is operating and gas consumption on a daily/monthly/annual basis. Maybe a compare with earlier month's consumption would be an improvement to keep track. Also not absolutely clear from the settings available if the boiler is operating at its maximum condensing efficiency. Something to automatically suggest what these are in settings would be for your boiler very helpful. You could then go for this or something less if wanted. However overall pleased with the app which I access nearly daily to see where I stand.

Very pleased we the installation and the boiler has been very efficient. Not good, however, that we have had to call engineers after the boiler failed with an unrecognised (in the manual) fault code. So far since that reset, it's been fine, but disappointing to have that problem after less than a year.

The initial pre installation survey was extremely helpful and informative. Unfortunately the boiler fitter was distracted by personal problems which meant I had call in another of your heating engineer the next day to fit the circulation pump the correct way round. For the past 5 months the boiler has run efficiently @ 60 degrees Centigrade saving me money from the the recent hike in gas price. Thank you.

I like their product as works well. However their literature is unclear and even the independent Viessmann-accredited boiler company missold me. I was expecting OpenTherm and WiFi connectivity as sold. The OpenTherm would make my boiler more efficient so I am out of pocket compared to what I thought. However the boiler is compact and quiet. I think will give many years of service and saves around 20% vs my 25 year old non condensing Potterton it replaced. This is slightly less than my smart heating (Wiser) which was 1/5th of the cost.
