Awful company, booked in for fixed price service & repair on a Vitodens 200-W, £360+VAT upfront, had no hot water and a leak on condensate pipe, Veissmann Engineer turned up & straight away said he's not fixing the leak, at no point when booking in did they say they will not fix the leak otherwise I would of gone elsewhere, he got the hot water back on by carrying out a service and left leaving the boiler pipework still dripping. Anyway when we called up to complain, they basically said there happy to still charge the £360+VAT because they got the hot water back on and because we paid upfront when booking, there not interested in refunding us anything because there happy with the service they provided, even though they only fixed half the problem. They even terminated the phone call because they didn't like listening to a complaint about there service. Now I've got to pay another company to come out and finish the repair, they have also not provided an invoice and not sent me the service certificate.

Not impressed so far. I am a GasSafe engineer. Have fitted three Veissmann products. First product has issues after one year. Veissmann refuse to help blaming everything but, their own product. Second product was complicated to install (Poor installation instructions). Tech help are extremely rude and unhelpful. Third product also complicated to install (Also, poor installation instructions). Similar rudeness from Tech Help.

My perfectly functioning boiler was serviced by a Viessmann engineer (for £136) and then immediately stopped working and gave fault codes, literally hours after the service. To come back and ‘fix the problem’ they want another £350 from me!!!! Yes, to fix a problem caused by their service! Avoid avoid avoid.

No problem getting the Viessman installed but try to get someone when you need a repair. NO ONE will call back, NO ONE from VIESSMAN responded to my emails. Furnace works fine when it is 40 degrees out, but once it gets below freezing it is useless. Have the thermostat, which is new, cranked up to 85 and it is just barely registering 60 in the house. I would NOT recommend this product only because you cannot get anyone to work on it once it is installed.

My combi boiler was fitted at the end of December 2020. It failed on 21st Jan 2022. Viessman arranged for an engineer to solve the problem the following Tues. He was temporarily successful, but after 3 or 4 hours it failed again. After long waits on the telephone I spoke to an operative who sent me an email stating that an engineer would ring me between 8 00 and 10 00 am Friday. It didn't happen. I have spent the day emailing and phoning and listening to promises that they would ring back. That hasn't happened either. Now I am again stuck on the telephone waiting for someone to answer. I am horrified that a supposedly reputable firm treats its customers with such contempt. I may add that I am almost 80 years old and feel the cold badly. Desperately bad service. You should be ashamed.

Shame on you Viessaman. I have a Viessaman boiler and I am still paying for it. I have had constant issues with it, leaking boiling water, leaking boiling rusty water etc, unfortunately I have voided the guarantee due to covid restrictions I have not been able to have the boiler serviced. When I rang gas safe engineers in my area, no one would touch it! My boiler gave up the ghost last week, the customer service team were able to use their psychic powers to diagnose the problem over the phone. I am on the heart transplant list, with rapidly failing heart and organs, the customer service call handler spoke to me in a condescending manner when I explained my predicament, so I'm now left with no heating or water in the middle of January. Their stance and attitude towards a terminally ill person is moraly reprehensible.

This company is a joke. All I want is a service, already booked in but cancelled as the engineer couldn't make it, no problem I thought. But its a serious problem. They ignore emails, promise to ring you back but don't bother, leave you on hold promising to be back, time after time, but you have to hang up after 15 minutes. Never ever again. I'll find someone who can offer a better service

The boiler provides a very good heating service but a very poor hot water service. I am sure that my water bill will be higher than my gas bill!

My boiler has broken down twice in the three years since installation. After the last so called repair the hot water keeps going cold and even at the hottest I can still keep my had under the running tap. Shower is also affected.

8 years ago, we had a brand new Viessmann Vitodens 100-W system boiler for our central heating only. It went wrong within days and we had the plumber back fixing it 4-5 times over the first couple of months of having been in. After that, we had the plumber round at least twice a year, often more, with various faults and it never managed to heat the house properly even when working as it should. Eventually, we got tired of having such a useless boiler and had a new Vitodens 200-W system boiler installed just over a year ago. Not the combi, the commercial grade system boiler, only to run the central heating. Hot water has always been provided by the Aga (which has been working faultlessly throughout). I wish I had insisted on a different brand after years of suffering the 100-W. The new boiler started flashing a fault after less than 2 months. Bearing in mind it had been installed in the middle of the summer, this was its first actual use. It was fine on the first couple of days, but then came up with a fault. We had the plumber back more often than having hot meals with yet more fault codes flashing and the boiler not working. It spent most of the lockdown flashing fault codes, even through the summer. It hasn't worked for more than half an hour at a time for nearly 8 months. Bearing in mind it's only about 15 months old, that's pretty useless. I'm never ever having another Viessmann product for as long as I live. First one was bad enough and needed scrapping after just 7 years and the new one is even worse.

The installation of the boiler took 7 weeks from start to finish after many missed appointments. The installer also failed to install correctly causing water to flood through the light sockets in the bathroom ceiling. It was a very traumatising experience. Also the manual for the thermostat is very unclear and I still have not managed to set it correctly. Very very upset and unhappy about the service.

Still waiting a reply to my email dated 03/12/19.......................... I should have been issued with a 10 year Warranty NOT 5. I know 5 years is your standard warranty, however, my fitter had a voucher for an additional 5 years which he completed and sent to yourselves once the install was complete. Please issue me with a 10 year Warranty.

I have no problem with the product but your customer service is terrible. I have had two boilers fitted in different properties last sep/Oct. I receive regular emails from yourselves but have never received anything relating to warranty. This has caused me many problems whilst selling my other property. I require some proof of warranty

What a junk , service in service out, this error that error . Stay away from this brand. Yesterday were sitting without heating today sitting without hot water. This time no error ,service phone off. FU

Absolutely shocking service. I have had a boiler 3 years and i have had nothing but major issues with it. They have refused to fix the boiler 3 times whilst its under warranty at a cost to myself and the thing needs replacing! I am disgusted at their customer service and absolute ridiculous poor quality boilers! I will be taking this matter further.

I have had a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W 35 kW boiler for almost 3 years in a 2 bed bungalow. I am yet to get a single drop of hot water out of it! At best warm water. Since installation it has broken down twice and I have used three separate engineers (two of them were Viessmann approved). I sent the guarantee paperwork to Viessmann and got nothing back. I can provide proof of purchase and photo. This boiler does not boil water. It is troublesome and absolutely rubbish. I regret buying it and strongly recommend against it.
