The reason I gave 3 stars bath and taps arrived fine no problems I order a bath panel and fixings fine Next was Newark hinged square bath screen problem no hinges or fittings Emailed to say shower fittings not in packaging.sent photos of proof Luke sent proof of packages back to me only problem it was of the bath panel fittings I asked shower screen fittings told you have to wait 72hrs for answers if you get any need this sorted without no fuss just get on with it.

Our order for a small, roll top bath was eventually completed, delivered very securely in a wooden crate, as arranged. But unfortunately the initial contact and order was a bit haphazard. Your website indicated you had stock of the product we wanted, 3/4 delivery lead time. Put the order through on line. Went to complete order, being told this product no longer in stock. Phoned your contact No. to be told they did not know when stock would be available. Promised to check with your wear house and get back to me, no further contact from Victoria PLumbing. Phoned No. next day to be told your contact No. no longer in use as all operatives being needed to deal with emails. Two days later went back on your web site to see you had stock, not exactly what we wanted but as a last resort, put the order through. If a promise is made please keep it.

Victorian Plumbing was very good with supplying and delivery, however they were poor in their response to damaged goods received on a pallet. I did get a unique number for them to respond after 72 hours but it has been more than a week and still I have had no response.

Bought a pull out mixer tap for utility room. Ordering was quick and simple and delivery likewise. Quality was only OK but I did buy a cheaper one as only for utility room. Instructions were virtually non-existent, if you weren’t already aware of how to install one of these you would really struggle. Biggest complaint was that the tap fittings would not fit in a standard sink tap hole cut out. The hole needs to be cut or filed to get the tap to fit. Didn’t take a massive amount of time if you have the right tools but this really shouldn’t happen.

Order came on time but not happy having to pay for return goods. which is very expensive on heavy items. will not be buying from you again with this in mind

I found that bits were missing, such as the parts to attach the toilet to the floor. It might be that I needed to order those, but that wasn't clear. The delivery driver left me with a large pallet that I had to get rid of and wouldn't wait for me to remove items so he could take it with him. Packaging was damaged. I didn't get a time or day for delivery, so lucky I had help to bring items inside. On a plus side, I'm delighted with the items and excited for my bathroom to be finished.

I ordered 6 radiators, but one was not in stock but due in within 1 week. I got the 5 other radiators in stock within a few days of the order which was good. However when I checked on the day after the date the outstanding radiator was to be in stock, they said it’s not arrived into the warehouse yet. I didn’t hear anything but gave it 1 week, to then contact customer service again, who then informed me that the radiator was due in end of June, which was about 7 weeks from the estimated initial date. I had to choose A different radiator, but it was a totally different size and price and model too. The whole reason I ordered with Victorian plumbing was that I could get all the matching radiators for my house. I was annoyed initially that there was no communication or update and if I hadn’t made contact I wouldn’t have known the delivery date was 7 weeks away! Service aside, I have yet to receive this outstanding radiator so I’ll see when that arrives. The other radiators that I’ve received so far look good and seems to be doing their job.

Hello, we received a product that was damaged which only came to light upon installation. The response was poor as it felt like COVID was being used as an excuse for the delay in the delivery off the return item which actually wasn't factual. Apart from that the service / products are good

Frustrating as the phone number is only for trade. Also compared to Victoria Plum whose return policy is brilliant... sadly Victoria plumbing does not have such a policy. For big bulky items you need to arrange a courier. That said it was me who ordered an incorrect item ...

Decent product and prompt delivery. Poor packaging, would easily get dented if mishandled by a reckless courier.

Delivery was quick simple and easy, but not impressed with the delivery charges for smaller packages (a single box of tiles) as charges seemed more in line for a whole pallet, would like to see the delivery charges reviewed based on size of order rather then flat fee

Delivery was as asked but product was damaged. We paid a lot for delivery as we needed it quickly and unfortunately we had to rearrange the fitting of our bathroom as this product couldn't be fitted. They did refund the price of the product, but we lost out on the £45 delivery fee and also the time we had booked off work to fit the bathroom. It was also difficult to contact them as the customer phonelines were not open due to covid, and it did take a while to get it sorted through email. We have also been left with a bath to dispose of now, and there was no return collection from them. It would have cost us another £80 to return it by courier. It has put us off ordering such big items online.

The website on particular items e.g. baths & shower screens needs to be a lot clearer. The notice that the bath panels were not included with the bath and shower screen should be shown very clearly near the top of the page and not right at the bottom!! It is very frustrating not being able to ring and talk to someone if you have a query.

It items received are of reasonable quality. The customer service is very poor, and the distribution company used for delivery is also poor. Wouldn’t buy from them again, or recommend to others

Had real difficulty in obtaining advice from staff. Failed return calls and the assistant cut me off when I used their chat service before the conversation had ended.
